酒店非常好，济南对我来讲也是一座有深厚感情的城市，从之前的皇冠假日酒店时期就喜欢这里。这次入住，依然没有失望，无论是软件和硬件，都可以称得上一流酒店。特别是客房部的小刘，我们要求延长退房时间的时候热情服务，给了最大限度的照顾，真的非常感谢！下次来济南，还会选择住贵和洲际酒店。
