酒店人员的服务比较不错，我认为是这里的一大卖点。
当我们来到酒店，遇到了大堂服务员卢明燕，两天来她为我们提供了热情周到的服务。
她帮我们了解了房型，并推荐了小孩子喜欢的猪猪侠亲子房。
由于住客未退房，卢小姐利用这个时间带我们参观了整个庄园。
当我们最终入住后，卢小姐帮我们落实了黑森林乐园的门票，让我们顺利入园进行游玩。
酒店的保洁人员和其他工作人员都展示了良好的职业素养，对待客人热情有礼，所以给我一种来到海底捞的错觉，必须点赞！

去了一天觉得环境非常好，我和女儿选择了续住一晚，没想到住的房被订，前台朱经理了解后，立即给我预备升级到土楼湖景房，非常谢谢您。今天还让我感觉到喜来登的超级暖心的人和服务。餐厅的欧阳香香不但给我们介绍各式菜品还提醒注意事项，更暖心的是早上，因孩子睡懒觉不起来，她还把早餐送到房里来感动！！！客房部的梁桂花因为我们换房时忘拿东西，她亲自电话了解还给亲自送来，谢谢！！！还有围楼7楼客房部的保洁阿姨，抱歉不知道名字，每次碰到都会提醒我们拿东西，小心路，水够不够喝……总之是一群超级nice的人。女儿说，她们的服务可以作为行业标准。
