  办理入住贼顺滑 ??，小弟们手脚麻利得很。房间打扫得那个净啊 ??，犄角旮旯都不放过。问个路啥的，Bruce服务生一脸的亲切 ??，感觉就跟问家里的老表一样自然。晚上肚子饿敲敲门，餐食一会儿就到 ???。走的时候还递热毛巾，温馨得让人舍不得离开 ??...

  酒店很棒！房间乾净舒适，给人一种很宁静的感觉。接待员礼宾部大哥很热情，很专业。他主动给我们介绍了很多周边的项目和餐厅的美食。酒店在庄园里麪，空气特别清新，景色也很美。距离温泉也很近，走路只需几分钟，推荐入住！

  酒店大堂就是停车楼入口，入口比较小车宽的多要谨慎驾驶。酒店时间有点久了，房间内部设施很陈旧，清理的也不够太乾净，有蚂蚁。。早餐品种还是很丰富，品质也不错。特别感谢餐厅服务员欧阳美香的照顾。。

  酒店价格十分亲民，可能是淡季的原因，499的价格含双早餐双温泉门票，还包含了萌野营地，高尔夫二选一的门票，真的超级划算。这里的环境优美，设施齐全，衞生乾净，服务特别好！礼宾部大哥待客热情有礼，给我们安排了满意的房型，还给出了适用的游玩攻略，大人小孩都玩得很开心。期待下次过来还能遇到礼宾部大哥

  来河源旅游，第一个遇到的的是酒店前台职员陈瑞懋，态度亲切，温文有礼，主动为我们升级客房，非常感谢他。遇到床褥的问题也及时解决。酒店自助餐早餐非常丰富，种类繁多。酒店温泉水质清澈乾净，推介喜欢泡温泉的朋友们过来玩。第二天吃早餐时，遇到小插曲，造成不愉快，希望餐厅负责职员主动留意每个状况，因每一个回应均影响旅客之体验及酒店品牌的声誉。幸得前台职员Coco Li态度友善及回应得体有礼，挽回失望之情。祝酒店业务蒸蒸日上。
