设施完善，有特色，阳台很小，湖景房其实就是对着一个小人工湖，景色一般。入住免费泡温泉，有通道直达，但路程较远。中餐厅味道不错，价格也不算贵。

实在太差了，酒店墙估计是木板隔着，隔音效果非常差，早上7点不到全是旁边的关门声说话声，受不了。又贵又差

这个网站神奇的地方在于，我打电话先咨询是否含温泉，工作人员说必须定了才能查，如果不含可申请退订，好吧，我定了，打电话查询，客服说，不含，也退订不了，我把原因说了一次，客服人员称去落实，后致电我说确实不含，可申请特殊处理退订，我想着在携程也定了次日有含的无所谓了就没退。最终结果是，含早餐含温泉！！！请问同程你咋自己卖东西自己摸不清楚含不含呢？br酒店保安部刘香很热情，服务周到，总给我意外的惊喜和感动。希望游客去了都找她就欧了，没有她搞不定的，你们也会谢谢我的，哈哈

停车场管理混乱，住客都无车位停，卫生间有异味，需要用清新剂盖味，等到下午5点钟才有房间，以后再不入住。

大堂很吸引人，孩子很喜欢，在大堂流连了一个多小时。房间的设施一般，土楼的房间很多没窗户，就算有，外面的的景致很一般。床太软，睡得腰疼！
