知道有这么个庄园，可是导航过去也不好找，定位会到大门（注：1、此门车无法进；2、住客不从此门进）住客需从另一门进但此所谓的庄园无详细指引，第一次遇到开车进酒店还要给停车费，晚上想叫个儿童套餐，打电话前台说打另一电话，打另一电话无人接听，再打前台电话说十一点半后再打就有，可是十一点半后打去说只有宵夜没有儿童套餐，住各地市喜来登还是第一次遇到此现象，有点失望！

下午四点半入住竟然房间卫生没弄好，狂怒等一小时才能入住。酒店自助餐一罐啤酒竟然25元，150毫升扎啤竟然28. 酒店外可选餐馆有限菜价是庄园外餐馆的俩倍，自制扎啤难喝无比。最气愤挂着喜来登的牌子完全没有五星的设施和服务竟然收五星的价格。这种景区坑人点不会再来。

用艺龙有10年了，第一次差评，不是一般的差，这是假的喜来登，床上竟然有成群蚂蚁，万幸没钻进耳朵，土楼房那一个真是土，墙纸又旧又土，900大洋还不如县城招待所，中午1点钟去房间还没清洁，反正整个入住很不爽。艺龙该把它下架！

酒店房间设计不够合理，无窗的房间晚上睡觉被闷醒，而价钱上又体现不出优势。酒店自助早餐和自助晚餐品种不丰富，口味很一般。晚上的自助晚餐海鲜虾不新鲜，套票黑森林能玩的品种不够多，
