衞生间镜面框架还留有牙膏污渍，服务员打扫不够仔细。衞生间玻璃门没有阻尼器，关门声音很大。早餐一般，没有本地特色食品，都是酒店常规食物而且味道一般。两台咖啡机不够用，经常排队，还轮流故障。优点是旁边就是银河水世界可以洗浴搓澡，离融创茂商场很近。

节后送孩子来哈尔滨上学，顺便错峯出游，选择了松北这家万达文华酒店，前台服务态度好，给安排的房间很舒适，还做了升级 早餐种类丰富，酒店环境好，位置优越，交通便利，附近有商场，酒店大堂非常漂亮，推荐入住这家酒店。五星好评。

酒店大堂的俄式风格非常大气豪华，从一进门就有工作人员和我打招呼非常热情，前台工作人员办理入住非常快超级有礼貌，前台帮我把外卖加热并且送到了房间，知道是两位用餐贴心的帮我送了一把椅子在房间太暖心啦。

位置还可以，在万达融创茂对面，就是房间有点冷。办入住的时候说的没有信息，耽误了一些时间挺不好的。后来打客服电话才给解决，酒店离冰雪大世界特别近。打车都比较方便。早餐相对简单一点，没有什么特色
