酒店很有俄罗斯风情，典型的万达系酒店，相对来说是比较高端的品牌，每个房间都有落地窗和大浴缸，artdeco的风格感觉还挺高端的，不过是新酒店，现在酒店服务人员的专业还需要提升 总体来说很不错

宁说是精致高端，硬体上的细节无可挑剔，虽说试营运期间，服务亲切拿捏有度，不很远的距离稍稍努力就可以超越四季酒店，加油!! 若要严苛一些，晚餐自助餐268元与菜色品质是有一点贵了，有点棒打傻狍子的感觉，餐厅服务生亲切有笑容，但是炒菜和煮面的厨师的态度，就需要去再教育，臭脸冷言!!

酒店很新，新到品牌手袋都还没有购置好。设计跟环境都还不错，房间没有可供讨论的圆桌。菜品准备不足，第一天点了的菜觉得好吃，第二天再点说缺货，明明餐厅里一个人都没有，不知道怎么缺的货。说是有领导来所以全员紧张，这里不对外开放那里又不让用的，作为服务至上的酒店，难道有重要人物要招待，不重要的客人就可以忽视吗？
