酒店前台礼貌可以，但是很冷漠，既不贴心也不人性化。
早上九点钟去登记入住，告知没有房间，让中午去，能理解。
中午十二点多去，说房间还没打扫好，帮我加急打扫，要一小时。
一小时后去，说已经加急打扫，还没打扫好。
两点钟去，说打扫好了，主管还没查房，再等十分钟。
又等了十几分钟，说主管两三分钟好。
小孩闹觉，等着睡午觉，我很着急就问不是规定两点钟可以办入住的吗？
旁边的前台挺冷漠地说两点钟以后，我们有房就能入住，没有打扫好只能等。
酒店规定十二点前退房，我定的还是预付房费的房间，真的挺郁闷的。
等的时候来了另一位妈妈，跟我一样的情况，但是态度比我强硬一点，得到的服务就比我要好一点，看了觉得有点憋屈。
总之，哈尔滨挺好的，酒店硬件也不错，但是整体的服务和效率一般，早餐也一般，不太推荐
