出差到哈尔滨，安排在中央大街的这家酒店住下，网评很好，到了的第一天感受到了大堂服务的热情和细致入微！第二天提出了更换楼层高一些的房间，因为客满，酒店为了满足我的这个小要求，直接跨两级给我升级到了城市中心房型，态度很好，超满意，晚上有开夜床服务，也有免费的夜宵和水果。虽然酒店因为因为自身硬件条件无法评定~这个我指的是因为本身酒店建筑属于保护文物]！但是住过这么多五星酒店，他们家的服务和地理位置，舒适度都超越五星！地理位置不用说，出门不到二十米就是中央大街，五十米之内可以到华梅西餐厅和马迭尔宾馆，步行十分钟左右到索菲亚教堂！物超所值，推荐入住

真的是很棒的酒店，房间大，设施新，服务好，地理位置很好，周边吃东西的地方也很多，酒店还有全国唯一的一台在营运的百年电梯

酒店交通方便，离中央大道步行街50米内，购物很方便。酒店人员很热情，房间非常棒，又新又干净。店方工作做得很细致，清新器，加湿器齐备。卫生间非常大，马桶居然是智能。非常满意。

酒店就在中央大街，出行方便，入住时，总服务台还给升级了房型，房间非常大，非常漂亮！卫生间也大，硬件设施也很好！工作人员很热情。唯一不足的，早餐品种较少，总的来说还是很满意！

门口招牌不明显，导致打车的师傅绕了几圈，最后还是拖家带口从中央街另一边走过去的，后楼那边的双人房装修味道太大，没办法去住，而且还要穿过室外的过道，后来换了前楼的房间稍微好点。服务态度在白天店长和经理都在的时候是最热情的，晚上时间人少了的时候偶尔会跟不上，抱着孩子也不会帮忙按下电梯。早餐的话西点还行，但款式太少，第二天把牛排撤了后也没增加选择空间。体验了百年老电梯，总体而言以目前的价格体验一下还行，但离高性价比还有一定差距。
