酒店大堂环境很好，工作人员服务周到热情，房子设施卫生都还不错。

卫生：桌面上有尘，估计上次客人check out之后就不会打扫了吧。洗手间和浴室都算干净清爽。
环境：在主干道上，后面是果戈里大街，斜对面是刘老根大舞台，不过冬天路面结冰，走路过去都够呛。去中央大街要打的，12块左右。
服务：服务态度都挺好的。
设施：2009年开业的，设施已经比较旧，地毯，家具都旧了。暖气开的时候风机的声音也很大，晚上睡觉要关掉，不过不会冷。整个健身中心都没开，说是装修，估计是客人太少，经营成本太高吧。

1、酒店位置很好找，只是目前门口有道路施工，停车不太方便。
2、相对价格来说，房间面积略小。
3、洗手间的水有点太容易热了……
上述几个小问题。总之整体非常满意，干净舒适，早餐品种丰富，中餐西餐厅价格也都合适，时间紧没去spa下不知道如何。如有机会再来哈市一定会再来这里入住！
