特别差的入住体验！出门都住连锁大品牌酒店 这次让我感觉好像住进快捷宾馆一样 服务质量太差啦 前台达不到星级水平 硬件设施还算可以 真心不如敖麓古雅 香格里拉 万达旗下品牌 商务人士或者情侣还是去比较正规化的酒店吧 毕竟花钱要的是服务和品质

之前一直想来着住，因为位置稍稍有些偏，这次赶上想领孩子去东北虎林园，所以就选择了凯宾斯基，但是入住后真的大失所望，房间里特别闷，房间里桌子上居然有很大的灰，很多地方灰都非常大，而且打服务中心有的时候居然没人接听，不知道是电话的问题还是怎么回事，开窗也需要打电话让服务人员给开，有很多的不便，总之入住感觉很差，相比住过的凯宾斯基附近的敖鲁古雅差的很多，希望以后能改善，毕竟是五星级
