不是托，第一次来杭州凭感觉选的酒店，前台给升级无烟楼层。入住体验非常好，房间干净无异味，每天都打扫，虽然是老牌酒店却一点不落后，软件硬件都有。楼下楼上餐厅应有尽有，价格也很平民。出门五分钟就到西湖边音乐喷泉。每晚都可以在周围溜达，去各个景点也非常方便，公交地铁都近在咫尺，非常适合带孩子的家庭。周围生活便利，服务人员也热情周到。下次有机会来杭州还会选择友好饭店
