酒店离西湖很近，走路500米左右就到了。周围商圈也很高大上，早餐位于20楼的旋转餐厅，环境不错，可以俯瞰西湖！吃的东西不是很多！停车那真是恶心了，居然停在垃圾房旁边，还要收20元停车费，房间很小，而且个人觉得不是很干净，床上居然有，我也说不上来，有图片为证.我定的是一间双床房，还可以。还有间大床房居然在一个角落里，床也很小，卫生间只能待一个人！四星级酒店，这是我住过最糟糕的地方

艺龙就是家骗子公司，2019年5月25日预订27-28日入住舟雷迪森酒店，显示房价700元，购买一间后，显示没有同类型房源了，于是预订1200元的双人间。之后，因为行程变化，加了26-27日入住。发现，刚刚700元的房间又是有的。沟通后，艺龙居然说，后台系统，可能是客户退房，导致出现的新房源。更搞笑的是，700元房型可以免费取消，1200元不可以取消。当真是宰一个是一个啊。

离西湖很近，步行几分钟就可以到音乐喷泉，吃饭也很方便，外婆家、知味观步行几分钟就能到。酒店服务也很好，免费升级了房间，交通也很方便。

朋友第一次来杭州，帮她找了离西湖近的，周围交通方便的友好饭店，她很感谢我，说饭店里的服务态度也太好了吧，还没进饭店，大堂的行李员见她拿的行李多，就上前帮她搬行李，前台的小姐姐办入住也很快，笑起来真好看。酒店房间也很温馨，居然还有加湿器和空气净化器，酒店用的淋浴用品竟然也是自己一直在用的台湾产品，出入房间还能见到客房的阿姨和蔼的问好，第二天的自助早餐很喜欢，能俯瞰西湖的旋转餐厅值得推荐。
