酒店是老牌的高星级酒店了 前台接待人员都很不错 帮我们做了免费升级 让我们能在房间足不出户就看到西湖美景 真的很棒！床是我喜欢的那种 不会软 支撑力刚刚好。早餐是在顶楼的旋转餐厅 真心不错 对着西湖美景都忘记好好吃早饭了！酒店位置太好了 旁边就银泰in77,购物 吃饭都很方便 走路100米就到西湖了，如果是去西湖旅游的 强烈推荐这家

位置没的说，过个路口就到西湖了，离喷泉很近。早餐旋转餐厅不错，食物也很好。视野也很好，在顶楼，刚好俯瞰西湖，图四就是在餐厅拍的。服务也很好，每一个服务人员都很热情。不满意的只有硬件设施了，换一换床头柜和电视柜，肯定好评会更多，东西实在太旧了。不符合四星级的标准啊。

早餐口味很好也很丰富，在20楼的旋转餐厅。据说一楼的餐厅也很好可惜节日不营业。服务生都很热心。唯一缺点就是房间小，但是松下卫洗丽不错的
