地理位置很好，西湖边上，晚上还有驻唱歌手。老牌四星，所以设施跟不上。房间隔音效果太差，我们住的三楼，靠近西湖，所以一大清早游客声音就传入房间，晚上11点了还在唱歌，根本无法入眠。希望酒店能改进隔音问题。

就在西湖边上，老牌酒店，设备有点陈旧，但服务很周到，早餐很丰富，中餐厅就很一般了，不建议在酒店中餐吃

第二次住大华饭店，喜欢这种庭院式的酒店，位置不多说了，就在西湖边。附近饭馆离的都很近。因为不是节假日，还订上了酒店的免费游船，一个小时游西湖一圈，听听讲解很不错。下次再来杭州还会住这里。
