酒店就在西湖边，环境没得说，工作人员非常热情，服务也很到位。房间虽然不大，但很温馨很舒服。还可以参加酒店自己的游船免费游西湖，心情棒棒哒。愉快的一次体验，有机会还会入住。

非常棒的酒店！考虑到民宿的卫生和信誉参差不齐，不好细辩，我又带着孩子，最后还是确定住紧临西湖的大华饭店。此次入住非常满意，酒店是G20承接酒店之一，硬件经过新装修，很有中国传统文化韵味，设计很人性化，插座带6个USB充电器，也是很方便。服务员素质都很高，亲切大方主动得体。原本我们没有订到酒店游船免费仓位，已经上船购票，碰巧酒店王董过来视察，直接指示服务员免票，说酒店的船就是为酒店客人服务，真是有回家的感觉😊以后去杭州还会入住
