该酒店地处西子湖畔历史悠久、文化气息浓厚；大师梅兰芳、周恩来、朱德、陈毅、郭沫若等人都曾在此下榻！地理位置绝佳、与西湖人行走道仅一墙之隔、酒店客人可凭房卡自由穿梭酒店与景区之中、尊贵体验绝对非同凡响；早餐丰盛多样、而且多出餐位仅收费60元一位、这么实惠的价格、在杭州同等级别酒店中是绝非仅有的；酒店客人还可以至前台免费取票登船体验西湖深度游一次。值得推荐的酒店、整体感觉良好！

地理位置优越，就在西湖边上，环境优美出行也方便。员工服务热情，宾馆设施也好，卫浴都是ROCA的。唯一美中不足标间面积太小，有点挤。

一次家庭旅游。如果把酒店的定位放在五星或G20专用，那只能说还可以！酒店服务不错必须肯定，但有些硬件上的问题不容忽视，如，早餐的质量，特别是西式品种完全不符合接待外宾，煎蛋的师傅待培训，房间冰箱不提供（哪怕是收费的）饮品，卫生间一次性牙具的劣质，等等。望有所改善。
