房间设计新颖，床品干净，电动窗帘人性化，前台很热情漂亮，早晨会有水果、饼干、蛋糕小零食噢，以后还会入住桔子水晶其它房型，很开心的入住。

临时订的一个房间，之前入住过其他的桔子水晶感觉还是不错的，中高端。但是这次入住表示很膈应。床单上还有长头发，我甚至没有脱衣服睡的。以后不会再入住

服务有待提高，晚上叫外卖，没有服务员帮忙送上楼，说是就前台就一个人没空，一个酒店晚上就一个人？？？前台之外就没有其他服务人员了？

真的很好的酒店，房间干净整洁，也很有艺术感，窗帘是自动的，房间很安静，离北京西站和六里桥东地铁站都很近，酒店前面就是莲花池公园，虽只住了一晚但以后来还是会选择的地方！

不太满意的住宿经历，房间被子很厚，也非常干燥，住了两晚家人呼吸道都很不舒服，带孩子用水量大，找打扫卫生的服务员多要两瓶水还被怼。卫生条件也很一般，地面不干净。早餐即使婴儿也要按全价收费，非常不合理，要个婴儿餐椅20min才给，早餐10点半结束，9点半到的餐食就几乎没有了，被告知人来的多，没准备这么多吃的。餐厅洗手间没有洗手液，找服务员要了完全没有行动，到第二天还是没有补。独自带婴儿用餐的妈妈带孩子上个厕所回来，刚才放桌上还没开始吃的饭都快被服务员收没了，自带的餐具还摆在桌上，盘子里刚拿的饭还没动…真是各种失望啊，绝对不会再来。
