The hotel is alright, but it's definitely showing its age. I could hear the sound of the street from my room, although it wasn't much of an issue since my room was next to a side street and not the main street. The breakfast was quite a let-down in that most things seemed to be ready-made things with a bland taste, so I wouldn't pay for the breakfast again. The location is extremely convenient, with rentable bicycles right outside the hotel, as well as a metro stop within a couple of minutes of walking. Additionally, I'm 185 cm tall, and you can definitely tell the hotel, both the rooms and halls, were made for people much shorter than me. The shower head reaches my nose, and the ceiling is so low I almost touch it when I'm waiting for the elevator in the hallway. The ceiling isn't as low in the room itself, though. Speaking about the room, besides being dated and not having double-pane sound-isolating windows, it does have everything else you'd need. I stayed at the Sunworld Hotel for 2 nights as part of a short trip to Beijing (traveling from other parts of China), and the hotel worked well for what I needed.

订的家庭房 非常宽敞 是两间标房的打通间 两个衞生间太方便了 大人小朋友可以各自洗漱不受影响 出水加热迅速水压非常稳定 周边旅游出行方便 去故宫天安门国博非常方便 隔壁就是王府井步行街 对面有711超市 庆丰包子点心店 斜对面是天天排队生意爆好的紫光园烤鸭店 可以夸奖的地方数不胜数 入住5天 非常满意 唯一一个美中不足的是 电视频道非常少 只有30个地方台可以看

酒店地理位置很好，离金鱼衚衕和灯市口地铁站比较近，步行需要七到九分钟左右，坐地铁可以轻松到达国家博物馆、故宫等景点；酒店房间非常乾净，客房服务人员非常有热情，特别是刘玉侠女士，房间打扫的很乾净，各类物品补充的及时，服务态度温和有礼，极大提升了入住体验，特此提出表扬！

这次入住体验非常满意，酒店环境乾净整洁，设施齐全，服务热情周到，整体性价比很高。工作人员张永岗和搭档工作认真细致，房间打扫得乾乾净净，态度也很亲切有礼貌，让人感觉特别舒心，必须给他她们点赞！

必须给徐岩经理点个大大的赞！这次入住体验真的超出预期，全程被贴心服务暖到了。进入酒店，徐岩经理就主动热情地接待，不仅办理入住高效快捷，还细心询问需求，主动介绍酒店设施、周边出行和用餐攻略，每一个细节都考虑得特别周到。説话温和有耐心，态度真诚不敷衍，让人一进门就有宾至如归的感觉。强烈推荐这家酒店，服务品质看得见，住得放心又舒心，下次一定还选这里！

酒店地理位置很好，去故宫，天安门广场，王府井我们都是走路去的。而且很近地铁口，走几百米坐3个地铁站就到什刹海。服务员刘水如服务也很好，看到我们带着孩子会主动问是否需要小童的一次性拖鞋，我原以为这酒店只有大人的拖鞋。还是很贴心的。如果再去北京，还是会继续住这里。

家庭房空间设计很温馨，房间乾净整洁，卫浴设备乾湿分离，连枕头都有多种类型提供选择！
最难得就是瓶装水一人有二瓶，足够满足一整天需要的水量，一次性备品也不用担心
地点邻居百货公司附近，地铁也不远，生活机能挺便利
还有女生最怕的吹风机也很好用（风量大一下就搞定头发）

??酒店地理位置优越，转个弯就到王府井大街，酒店内部重新装修过，房间乾净。员工友善，工作人员刘玉侠看到我们是亲子出游，主动为孩子提供了小童牙刷??太贴心了。北京天气乾燥，晚上很晚员工邱芳还给我们提供了矿泉水，我们连住四天，服务员来整理房间的时候都会多放几瓶水，必须给她们的贴心服务手动点赞 ?????? 斜对面就是紫光园和京贝勒，周边吃的也挺丰富。
