工作人员服务态度很好，对每一位顾客都很耐心。而且毗邻地铁、北京西站主要交通，非常方便，餐饮小吃也很多，都一应俱全。我会一直支持瑞海的，希望你们越办越好，也希望对我们老客户有些优惠活动。

房间设施陈旧，而且每间房里都有一个房间是锁上了的，不知道通向哪里，除了离西站距离较近外没有推荐的理由。
