服务特别好，亲切关怀，每次不论多晚回到都有人在大堂问候为你开门。小朋友睡着了，服务人员来帮我扛上楼，早上6点的飞机，为我们凌晨订车。有求必应，响应速度，值。

挺好的，干净，装修属于现代风，位置就在南锣鼓巷旁边，走路很快就到地铁口了，出行方便，临近中央戏剧学院。

酒店的地理位置很好，出门走几分钟就是南锣鼓巷，住得很舒适，每天还有准备好的饮料更新，前台还有桔子和糖果供应，服务很好。
