1、这家酒店位置特别好，地处市中心，王府井步行五分钟就到了，到故宫也就差不多十分钟，出门就是地铁1号线东单站，交通也相当便利。价格在市区中心算比较便宜的，住宿的环境、卫生等比周围的酒店好多了，服务态度规范，值得推荐。
2、这次定的是轻居大床房，房间的设施设备比较齐全，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服。前台人员服务都很好，很主动，热情。早餐不错，品种多，强烈推荐酒店特色四川南充米线，好吃到炸裂。
3、由于这次北京疫情的原因，其实还是有些担心，但是丽雅酒店的防疫措施做得非常到位，一进大厅就有体温检测、消毒、出示健康码，房间也进行了消毒，出门还为我们准备了口罩、一次性手套和消毒酒精棉片等，酒店的工作人员也没有因为这次疫情的原因出现消极怠慢，反而服务热情周到，这给我们入住的客人还是带来了一些温暖。
4、客房服务很贴心，开了夜床，放了温馨小卡片，还把我自己带来的睡衣叠好放在被角，这种小细节体现了酒店服务的素养，这次入住十分满意，五星好评！

酒店离王府井挺近的，购物特别方便，前台的小妹妹服务态度也很好，客房布置的特别温馨，设施设备也都很齐全，有机会还会再来的

地理位置挺好的 ，距离北京站 、地铁一号线和二号线都不远。房间里面积不算太大，两个行李箱打开基本没有可以走的位置了。洗浴的花洒挺好用的，如果淋浴区更大些就更好了。房间的窗户只能看的内景，看不到外面。对于睡眠质量要求高的人，空调声音有些大。
