This year I'll be coming to Beijing often for work. I feel I got lucky choosing LiveFortuna Hotel the first time. The staff is always kind and professional - checking in and out is always so efficient. The room - more like loft apartment - is a quiet oasis that I get to call home after a long day of work. It's clean, has comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower with plenty of hot water (important in the winter), a kitchen with utensils, purified water system, fridge, and front loading washing machine. I've stayed here at the height of the hot summer and the coldest of winter days - the temp AC and heating systems work great and are easily controlled by the guest (I really appreciate that little detail). The buffet breakfast is excellent and varied- opens at 6:30 am (thank you). Plenty of food options in the neighborhood. If you are elderly or have mobility issues, the loft bedroom might not be for you. Otherwise - I highly recommend this hotel.

特别喜欢福庭酒店，前台提前联系，帮忙安排了满意的房间。酒店的位置非常好，交通方便。停车方便，停车位充足。大堂的鱼缸很漂亮。顶层的泳池是入住必去的，非常满意的入住体验！

我们一家四口，在北京能找到两个大床的房间不容易，福庭酒店算是少有的选项。房间乾净衞生，有洗衣机，微波炉，冰箱，满足了我们日常小需求。服务人员都特别好，很愿意帮助客人，我们住的相当满意了。唯一就是离地铁站不近，但滴滴出行很方便，去各个景点也不贵，这毕竟是三环内（市中心）。

来北京出差或者旅行，都会选这家福庭酒店位置位于市中心，可想而知直接被圈粉，体验感直接拉满！必须五星好评！
最让开车党狂喜的就是停车问题，酒店停车位超充足，而且住店客人直接免费，再也不用为找车位绕来绕去，简直太贴心！
走进房间就被惊艳到，装修大气精致，细节处处透着质感。品牌厨房电器用着顺手，洗烘一体机更是出差神器，再也不用愁换洗衣物，幸福感爆棚！重点夸夸国际品牌金可儿床垫，躺上去的瞬间简直太治癒，出差的疲惫一扫而空，每晚都能睡个好觉。
更惊喜的是酒店的松下PM2.5新风系统，关窗也能呼吸到清新空气，对敏感星人太友好了！闲暇时去了泳池和健身房，环境真的绝，泳池水质清澈，健身房器材齐全，颜值还高，关键能远眺CBD景观，拍照超出片！
从硬件设施到细节服务都无可挑剔，已经推荐给同事和朋友了，为酒店服务点赞！下次来北京还选这家！

第二次住了，福庭可以的，入住的都是年轻人，国际友人居多，体验多元文化。然后顶层的泳池也正常开放，要知道一些四星五星酒店，冬天泳池可能是关闭的，美约其名维护。但这里正常开放，还有人值守。谢谢酒店小姐姐Jessy 的接待，主动给我升级为舒适房。完了也没请我一定要评论这点，挺好的，下次来会再住。
对了，对面就是儿研所，如果外地家庭来看医院，也是很方便的。酒店停车方便的，停车位也充足。大堂有个鱼缸，增添了活力。新风系统还要夸一夸，能自己控制调节的新风系统酒店真的不多。
希望继续保持，下次还会再住。

This is a fairly new, "smart'-type hotel where everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but fully furnished, including a kitchenette and washing machine, making it suitable for long stays. We booked this hotel by mistake due to haste, so the futon-style bed on the second floor was a surprise. It’s not very convenient, but that detail was clearly mentioned in the description. This was our oversight in selection. The location is quite central, although it is some distance from the metro station. The breakfast offers enough variety. Reception, room cleaning and restaurant services are very good.
