前台服务太差了、之前定的标间、来到酒店后想换大床房、结果前台不给换、态度很差、想要换的还要补差价、本来就是同等价位的房间、我也是提前预定的、头一次听说补差价、最关键的是前台的那个女的态度特别差、一幅很拽的表情、完全没有服务的态度、什么嘛、还四星级酒店、服务态度态度就这么差嘛、关键今天的标间给我分的房间还在维修中、搞什么啊、什么设施啊、我人都来了、你房间还在维修。上次有朋友住这里坐电梯差点被性侵、明显管理不善嘛、真是够不够爽、出差住的最糟心的一次
