酒店位置非常好，离核心商圈都很近，旁边就是使馆区，但感觉酒店可能时间很久了，很多设施和房间内饰都感觉很陈旧，但不影响居住。

We stayed in a family room and we liked the space. The location was perfect for our work at the US embassy. Breakfast buffet was great too. We would definitely stay there again.

安保人员服务态度极差，站在电梯口以所谓“抽查”为由，对顾客与访客态度恶劣，在五星级酒店工作，连基本的普通话都不会説，严重影响酒店的服务质量与声誉。

设施：设施设备完善但略显老旧建议翻新
衞生：乾净整洁，就是洗手枱的样子显着不乾净
环境：大堂设计很棒，房间走廊就比较沉闷
服务：从前台到客房服务人员都很有礼貌，尤其表扬前台许经理，亲和待人，效率高
入住期间免费停车1辆:值得推荐入住，在北京很少有不收停车费的酒店了。

为了坐火车方便，选了这家所谓的“五星”酒店，订店时就看到一大堆差评，结果自己还是相信了所谓的“五星”。下火车到达酒店就已经晚上了，从办入住就让人不舒服，前台的女子一脸凶相看电脑，我问一嘴哪里可以办入住，她凶巴巴的説等我忙完了办，晕，客人在你面前等着入住，得等你忙完再説，无语。接下来就是要求交按金，这年代也就这种酒店会收按金了，唉，没办法，交吧，谁让自己虎了，选这里了。好不容易办完入住，上到15楼，一进房间，那真是霉味臭味还有一种非常刺鼻的味道扑面而来，没办法，大晚上，带着80多岁的长者也折腾不起，将就吧，忍了不到一个点，长者已经被薰的直咳嗽，我被薰的脑瓜疼，实在受不了，只好给前台打电话，一个男的接的，态度挺好，马上给换房，没想到依然味道扑面，后来勉强在几个空房间里选了一间味道没那么浓烈的屋子开启了噩梦般的一宿，屋内的设施那是真老破旧，都不赶外边的小旅馆，就这样收500按金，衞生间和澡堂的灯怎么也感应不出电来，早晨找来维修人员，原来墙上的按钮要不停的按，屋内的空调只能制冷不能制热，房间里的被非常单薄还都是灰，那灰就在你眼前飘，为了放味，服务员把窗户开开，夜晚的北京真的很凉，很冷，好不容易熬了一宿，早晨一看，自己的胳膊大腿全起的大包，应该是灰尘太大过敏了，老旧的设施，厕所脏的呀，让人倒胃口，走南闯北住过数不清的大大小小酒店，头一次住到这么差的酒店。

Great value for the price—this hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast was satisfying, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the coffee/snack lounge was a pleasant surprise. Though it’s slightly away from the city center, the amenities and pricing make it a smart choice.

经常住鹏润，觉得性价比不错，离东边要去的地方也近，去机场也近。这次升级成套房了，但是酒店设施比较老旧，控制灯的开关太远了，抹黑才找得到
