地理位置好，房间挺大的，设施比较陈旧，床太软了，枕头不舒服，很温馨的看到床头柜上的提示，酒店提供荞麦，决明子，护颈枕，打电话给客房部，竟然一个都没有了，既然不能提供给每个需要的客人，那麻烦酒店就不要给这个温馨提示，最好的体验就是酒店淋雨特别舒服。

酒店服务不错，不但给延到下午一点退房，还给升级到了套房。早餐也很丰盛，不过到10点就结束了。酒店斜对面是霄云路美食广场，吃饭很方便。

酒店位置不错
早餐品种不少 但是早餐品质一般 收拾的较懒散
另，应该只有黑咖啡
房间内设施维护的比较差
淋浴间的手持花洒是孩童的高度且只有一个高度 顶头的花洒转换开关是坏的
洗手间里没有可以插吹风机的茶楼只能拿到房间里面找插口使用
洗手面盆的下水不畅
房间的窗户隔音效果一般 若靠近霄云路的话楼下马路声音容易吵到
入住当天刮了大风
朋友房间的窗户根本关不上 找了工程师也关不上 最后不得已半夜换房间
