服务很好，从机场过来把小朋友的包落在出租车上了，只记得是黄色车，初到上海，又没有车牌号，心想找不到了。去前台问了一下，前台小伙王尧很热心帮我打电话给出租车公司，最终找回了包。收拾房间的阿姨也是态度很好，小朋友喝水时把床单弄湿了，打给前台，阿姨很快就来换床单了。
