非常满意的一次入住体验！酒店位置便利，环境乾净整洁，前台服务热情周到，入住和退房都很迅速。房间安静，床品舒适，睡得很好。下次还会选择这里，推荐！
位置方面： 酒店位于市中心，周边美食和商场很多，交通非常方便，去各个景点都不远。
房间方面： 我们预订的豪华大床房，房间比想象中宽敞，装修新且富有设计感。最赞的是床垫和枕头，软硬适中，彻底缓解了旅途的疲劳。浴室乾湿分离，水压大，热水来得快，洗浴用品品质也不错。
额外亮点： 早餐品种丰富，中西点都有，味道很好。酒店还免费提供了延迟退房的服务，非常人性化。

Hotel is centrally located in the shopping area of Xidan! And is in close proximity to Xidan Subway Station, which has 2 lines (Batong Line and Line 4), providing easy access to Beijing Nan Railway Station, Tian An Men area, and Summer Palace without the need of changing any lines. The room is using central underfloor heating and it could be quite warm at night. But it could be simply solved by opening the window. Although it is not in the description and picture, the hotel has a self-service laundry room! Furthermore, the receptionists during our stay are very attentive and helpful throughout! Will definitely recommend the hotel! Great Stay!

Very impressed with our room and facilities. Everything was clean, comfortable and modern. The self service laundry room was perfect, as washing is often a problem when travelling. The pool table was a great addition so we could have a few games while waiting. Location was perfect. Easy to access the metro or grab a didi. Lots of eateries nearby too. My husband was sick and 荟 (our guest service manager via WeChat) provided extra water). She was also attentive each day, providing information or whatever else we needed. Great service! The staff at reception were also very helpful.

感谢管家小徐的贴心服务，房间为我们准备的很贴心。酒店的位置非常的便利，交通方便，八层还有共享洗衣间，床品很舒服。房间很乾净并且没有异味儿。房间还有净化器跟加湿器。北方的冬天还是比较需要这两样东西的。酒店每一个房间竟然都有这个，是让我意想不到的。酒店距离大悦城商场很近，不用出门即可达到，美食众多可供选择，下次还会来这里

环境：这次北京之行最正确的选择就是入住大悦酒店！位置特别好找，地铁步行几分钟就到，周边都是商圈，吃饭购物超方便。价格在帝都真是良心，性价比拉满！
衞生：酒店设施很新很乾净，房间住得舒服。打扫衞生的大爷，动作麻利，看到我们还会笑呵呵打招呼，让人感觉像在家一样亲切。
设施：设施看起来很新！有机器人，点外卖很方便
服务：前台战战服务热情周到，从入住前到离店全程贴心帮忙，各种问题都耐心解答；还有送了果盘 免费升级了房间！
