Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was strong and cooling with added humidifier and standing fan.
Checkin staff 贝贝was extremely friendly and engaging. Often checked on our stay satisfaction.
Concierge staff guys (sorry I forgot their names) were also very helpful. They helped to book for all our tour tickets.
Location is extremely good with connecting malls next door.

在酒店入住3天，酒店管家雪儿每天都有讯息问候，北京雨天并提醒出行注意安全，带伞等事项，交给雪儿的事办的妥妥当当，服务特别好。酒店房间特别宽敞明亮，设施设备也齐全，8层还有洗衣机，用起来很方便.酒店很方便，下面的商场也很多好吃的，最重要是风景很漂亮。

很满意的一次入住，前台经理小沈提前联系确认，还升级了房间，达到又准备好了饮料，非常暖心。酒店位置方便，对面就是西单更新场，wmls强烈推荐哦，公交地铁都方便，下次来改住这里。

定了大悦酒店4晚，带孩子来北京玩，入住前一天，管家联系到并且添加了微信，她服务很热情周到，提前安排好了房间还多放了饮用水，我们打车还发送了酒店的位置很贴心！酒店家庭房宽敞，乾净整洁，床品舒服，棉织品柔软!交通出行都方便！

Room was clean and spacious. Staff provided bottle water daily. Location of the hotel is connected to a mall, however, to get to the main entrance of the hotel you need to go through a small street with many bikes, cars, and packages in the way.

酒店在西单地铁站附近，地理位置很好，离天安门和故宫都不远，出行也比较方便，前台刘然服务很好，升级了景观房。
延迟退房14点（视房量房态）:正好需要晚半小时退房，前台刷一下卡就好，很方便～
