For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic.
The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. The nearby Xidan station gives access to lines 1 and 4, providing an easy way to reach Tien'anmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace as well as walking street areas such as as TQuianmen, Dashilan, Wangfujing and Shishahai.
Our room was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. We often have problems with hotel beds but not in this case and at the end of our daily long walks we enjoyed a very good rest.
The restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast with a large buffet with a variety of food and drinks, all of excellent quality.
Last but not least, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, supporting us in bookings and providing us with information. In particular Xuanxuan/Candice supported us also through WeChat all along our stay.
I strongly recommend Le Joy Hotel for a trip to Beijing!

Excellent location. Stayed in Family room. 雪儿 at Front desk was most helpful and acceeded to our requests for daily amenities. Hotel has free washing machine and dryer services. Free delivery of washed and dried clothings to room. Clothes neatly folded as well.

在大悦酒店入住3天，添加雪儿微信，她服务热情且贴心，每天询问是否需要足够的水和和用品。由于开会延长，小雪还特意帮忙延迟一小时退房时间特别贴心！房间特别棒，设计简约，房间明亮视野宽广！交通方便，美食很多！以后过来还会选择大悦酒店。

酒店位置很好，离北京主要景点都很近，楼下就是大悦城商场，吃饭购物都很方便。房间衞生非常乾净，整体非常安静。
特别是前台小沈，服务非常到位，入住前一天就提前打电话沟通，帮我们升级了房型，并且赠送了冰镇饮料，每天都会询问有什么需要，最后一天帮我们延迟了退房时间，服务感受超出预期，非常不错的支持入住体验

1.客房服务设备落后，智能管家经常不灵光；无法区分窗帘及纱帘指令，经常自説自话，让人觉得受惊。
2.早餐品种单一，餐椅非常单薄，容易摔倒，装修差。
3.前台服务态度恶劣，不够热情。
4.对客户的意见不能够及时认识及提供服务，由于不及时服务，影响客户休息。
5.酒店大堂异常狭窄，根本无法称之为大堂；电梯噪音极大，等候时间太长；机器人经常不能正常服务。
6.基本判断不具备商务功能。

管家小徐，解决事情速度快。这个酒店，它与大悦城商场是相连的，不行很快就可以到达最近的地铁站。美食可选性很丰富，就是全聚德、四季民福这些是需要排队的。酒店的设施设备不错，装修风格比较简约大气住好几次了下次还会选择这里

到北京旅游第二次入住大悦酒店原因是方便，6层商场买东西方便，食店种类多选择，西单地铁站就在附近，所以再来北京旅游也会选择。
酒店服务员态度友善，尤其收拾房间的姨姨，温文有礼，又乾净。早餐种类繁多，服务态度谨慎，当有人用自己的筷子取食物时，登记的服务员看见后即时处理，值得一赞！

大悦酒店只住一晚，可以感受到前台人员的热情。管佳雪儿服务很周到也很贴心，我们有外卖及时联系帮忙送到房间！还帮我们寻找附近的超级市场总之他的服务很贴心，回覆也很及时！酒店房间宽阔明亮，衞生乾净。这里出行很方便，打车与地铁都非常便捷！

本次入住大悦酒店非常满意，我们一行三个房间，前台小沈经理帮我们安排了延迟退房服务，在退房后发现有物品遗留在房间，她又帮我们做了保价并立刻快递发回上海，非常及时和周到的服务。酒店设施齐全，居住舒适，位置很好，吃喝不用外出在大悦城直接可以解决，简直是方便的很。房间宽敞舒适，阿姨每天打扫认真，帮忙补充客用品和矿泉水，以后来京还会住这里。
