台湾旅客，位置离前门大街正常步行大概12分，饭店附近早上有市场，有很厉害的宫门馒头及庆祥斋糕点，但晚上附近没什么店家，需要到前门大街才是闹区，可以小走的这间不错选择，价格会比闹区便宜一些，环境都很乾净，没特别有什么设施，房间也乾净，有问题前台都可以服务。

前台客服服务态度很棒，但是可能地段位置原因吧，北京这个价位的酒店跟其他城市快捷酒店体验感差不多，房间窗帘拉不上、牀头柜这个灯光晚上灭不掉

位置：离地铁珠市口站800米，步行是需要点时间；空间：酒店是老房子，房屋空间较小，整体都比较紧凑；衞生：衞生肉眼看不出什么。服务：酒店服务人员比较热情，点个赞。

房间采光好，装修时间已久，墙纸开裂，床上用品感觉已经用了好几年，地理位置不算，服务不太好评价，大厅等车，给杯没有温度的茶水，另外点了外卖让放大厅，外卖小哥説机器人会送到房间，等不见下去找説忙忘了，最有意思的恭王府门票，三人入住，住两天赠送一张门票，只能果断放弃。

酒店服务还是挺满意，但最令人闹心的是房间的空调系统。3月的北京，酒店的冷气还未开始工作，8407房间一直维持29℃室温，酒店提供的冷风机24小时工作都无法降温，最后一晚要求更换冰盒，酒店前台还告知空调已经开了，等了2个小时还是没有降温，最后再联系前台，才送冰盒，工作查看温度后，值班经理让换房，最后一晚谁去折腾。但没有空调就：不要欺骗住客，三晚都在29度室温闷睡。严重投诉

很惊喜的酒店，离各大景点都很近，而且非常安静，人比较少，离公交站和地铁口都不远，交通方便。房间也不错，有地暖。早餐丰盛，服务态度好，非常推荐！

Moderate distance to Qianmen. Walking around 20minutes. Walking around 15minites to nearest metro. Room is rather small. Nearby hutong sold really cheap stuff and foods.

服务：非常热情，离店还主动给温的矿泉水，寒冷的北京温热的??还提供烘洗衣服送房间服务??
另外洗发水味道好，不用自带的了
