連住三晚，酒店雖舊，保養可以，干浄，但前台的服務差，女服務員黑頭黑面，服務像三星，幾乎全國的香格里拉都住過，馬來西亞檳城酒店1974年開，新加坡、中國最北的哈尔濱丶大連，西安金花香格里拉，有二家，深圳二家，廣州、上海丶北京的國貿，中國大酒店（是香格里拉管理）香港二家，曲阜丶秦皇岛，中國最早杭州西湖香格里拉、寧波丶南昌等等，我對事不對人，有比較就是差，不排除是個别人，。第三晚上换上豪華格就不同，位置好不用說，電梯快多，都是梯等人，虽说傍邊的富麗華酒店比較新，但還是住香格里拉好，每次都在香宮吃，游泳池大又深。

该酒店徒有虚名，除门厅服务尚可以外，餐厅服务最差，连三星级的服务水准都达不到，晚上9点过就没有中餐送餐服务，刚到早上10点，不顾餐厅有许多客人就餐，就开始收拾餐桌、扫地，基本的服务理念都没有，这是10年以来我住过最差的所谓五星级酒店，没有之一，极差极差极差！

地段不错，高级海景房，入住办理手续也挺快，就是早餐时遇到点不开心，五星级品质对标国内一线城市差距还是体现无遗
