首先不得不说酒店的服务态度上上下下都是很好的热情待客，虽然设施陈旧，但还是挺干净的。但我十分的不满意酒店的早餐实在太差太差太差了！五星级的酒店早餐还不如一个商务酒店，本来不包早餐的房费我情愿一人加是75元（两人加了150元）含早餐，但实在太令我失望到非常气愤！我本来就是记忆力不好的中年人，但75元的早餐品种看了一眼就能过目不忘，连最基本的腌肉火腿肠仔酸奶炒粉炒面都没有！五星级啊！你就用一个商务酒店的早餐去忽悠别人？！而且还要另加钱！你觉得疫情期间生意不好减品种，那你为什么房费不包早餐呢！这还不算，本来餐厅就三两桌人，我觉得服务员完全可以引导客人间隔远一点的距离就餐！他们并没有，就一桌挨一桌坐，就靠三桌全部靠窗坐着，就算我先去，后面来的客人服务员还是引导坐我旁边的桌子，就餐期间那客人还咳嗽了好几分钟！太恶心??总之:北海香格里拉完全不推荐

老牌酒店乐，虽然设施稍有一些旧了，但是保养的还是不错的。服务员也特别热情，耐心！看我带了宝宝就帮我多拿了一些小饼干??。没贴心哦！！早餐也不错，种类多，服务好！满意
