酒店选址不错，旁边有条小溪，前台的男生服务很到位，一件一件事帮客户落实，住第一天漏了没有特饮和自制饼干，第二天才一起补上，mini吧饮料免费，欢迎水果和糕点这些很满意。早餐的餐厅没认真收拾，品种不多，有及时补充。搞客房卫生的服务员要再培训。

总体来说不错的一家酒店，建筑很有意思，听说还得过什么奖。工作人员都很热情，在走廊里碰到了会向客人问好。每天都有果盘，而且晚上回房间时发现多了一盘曲奇和一保温杯热饮觉得很贴心。房间里还有立顿茶包和雀巢咖啡。美中不足是房间里应该有一本入住指南，不然刚入住会有些不熟悉。还有烧菜馆应该解决一下室外的飞虫飞进来的问题，可以加个门帘。还有一楼大堂边的冰屋很有创意！
