设施环境温泉都可以满分尤其是温泉的服务员非常棒，主动给我们介绍还帮忙拍照，很热情，一定要点赞！但反之客房服务真的太差劲了。我泡完温泉先回去，朋友还在泡要稍后回来。先要了两件浴袍，结果服务员来了要求必须以旧换新……很无语好歹也是五星酒店，这是怕被偷吗？而且客房送东西从来不放进来，都是在门口随手递给我就算了。尤其刚从广州柏悦直接来这里，服务差距简直是天上地下……

长白山北坡最好的酒店了，里面有个韩国小男孩服务态度超好，带我们参观酒店，酒店房间很有特色，设计感很强，去长白山还是住这里最好，而且免费温泉，不推荐长白山万达度假区的酒店，又贵早饭又冷，住紫玉加上包车路费都没有万达酒店贵，饭菜也好，就是那个烧烤的老板太抠门哈哈

超！！级！！棒！！！紫玉住着真的太舒服了！！！虽然说是在镇郊，但其实走到镇中心也就十来分钟，联系好司机去哪都很方便~

很不错的酒店，很干净也很新，每天泡好温泉回到房间就会看到润喉水和小饼干，很贴心，落地窗外的雪景没的说，2个电视不用抢了，最喜欢的还是床后的圆形大浴缸，如果有机会再去，还会选择这家店
