我2017.739又定了一次紫玉，当时前台加的微信，转的钱定的，本来因为孩子原因不想来了，在订房一个小时后就告知不能来住了。开始说周一退，后来又什么退百分之八十，后来就说什么也不退了！和前台一再沟通就是不退钱就来住了。原来不是旺季得时候几百一宿。现在不知道为什么涨到两千近三千多，在前台花了3790定的，含什么晚餐和spa ，真是不值，温泉里全是虫子，跟孩子玩了不到半个小时就出来了。真的超级差评，不知道他家根据什么要的价。

位置好，就在去池北的必经之路上，环境很好，可以免费泡一次露天温泉！虽然室外零下十几度，穿个睡衣狂奔下池，泡一会再出去就不冷了！设施有些想快捷酒店，服务员都是帅哥，神兽和孔雀挺吸引眼球！听着河水，睡的很舒服～
