  地理位置是昆明中心地带，旁边就是恒融商场，商场下面就连结东风广场站地铁，走路可达南屏步行街和昆明老街。酒店服务超级赞人还没到已经有管家Acelin主动联系和询问我的需求，给我升级到套房并非常贴心的提供耳塞怕超街道会吵到我，但其实关窗后完全听不到外面街道声音隔音处理非常好。虽然酒店不是新开酒店的新设施但衞生标准都是IHG的5星标准执行，本细节控非常满意。

  My recent stay at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was, overall, a very positive experience. One of the property’s greatest strengths is its exceptional location in the heart of Beijing. Situated within walking distance of some of the nation’s most iconic landmarks, including Wangfujing Street, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and other historic attractions, the hotel serves as an excellent base from which to explore China’s capital city. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a convenient range of amenities. While the guest rooms were somewhat smaller than expected and showed signs of age in certain areas, they remained clean, comfortable, and modestly appointed with everything needed for a pleasant stay. One area that could benefit from improvement is the hotel’s internet connectivity. Wi-Fi service in the common areas, particularly the lobby and dining venues, was frequently unstable and made it somewhat challenging to remain connected while working or communicating outside of the guest room. Fortunately, connectivity within the rooms was considerably more reliable and generally sufficient for both business and personal use. Despite these minor shortcomings, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel remains a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location in central Beijing. Its proximity to many of the city’s most renowned cultural and historical attractions makes it an appealing option for both first-time visitors and returning travelers alike.

  酒店17层的行政酒廊是眺望故宫的绝佳位置，没有特殊活动，一般从早晨6:30到晚上10点开放，可以一次看个够，看日出日落夜晚的故宫紫禁城。 酒店服务很好，工作人员主动问好，门僮主动帮拿行李。行政酒廊的小姐姐们页超好，主动提供故宫拍照技巧。 酒店就在王府井大街上，首都剧场对过儿。购物吃饭超级方便。王府井大街经疫情后部分路段改成了封闭式步行街，成为了真正的中国第一金街，好吃好玩儿好热闹。晚上王府井大街又变成了达人秀舞台，到处是唱歌跳舞的。繁华之中又有浓浓的烟火气。 酒店里美术馆地铁站步行几分钟，离北京的核心景点，天安门、故宫、前门、天坛、景山、什刹海、南锣鼓巷等都很方便。酒店门口就是共享单车指定停放点。

  酒店入住前一晚有电话确认大约几点到达，有没有特别要求，入住当天比较晚前台Cherry贴心的给升级了故宫行政景观房，并赠送了欢迎水果，特别告知四合院下午茶时间和安排，非常热情周到。第2天起来窗外故宫景色一览无余。酒店地理位置便捷2站公交就可到达景山公园，去故宫坐车步行均可到达，酒店后门走过去是传统的北京胡同，早上散步可体验老北京的烟火气，没想到老舍故居也在附近，意外的惊喜，恰巧中国美术馆在展览文艺复兴名作展，顺便参观了画展，酒店早餐丰富可口，一次非常愉快的入住～～

  前情提要：两个房间三个晚上 总共1.1万元。 总体来看符合其星级标准，但是有几个事情真的不会再让我再次过来。 虽然他们店大，不缺客源。 首先外卖只能到外卖柜里麪自取，我问了两次前台，只能自取，不可以有任何人和任何形式送至你的房间。 然而客房送水的时候使用的是机器人？？！别的商务酒店有机器人可以送至房间，别的很多五星级房间可以将外卖和讯息弄清楚后也会有礼宾部帮忙送上去，本来四星半现在减半星。 我要説最大的一个问题，就是早饭问题，我一共吃了三天早饭。 一天比一天难吃，一天比一天差！ 真的，品类少咱们就不説了，问题是难吃啊，很难吃。炒麪 我也不要求什么米其林标准，好歹有点点嚼劲，别那么软趴趴，还没味道。 炒饭，鸡蛋和米饭分开的粒粒分明，还真的是饭是饭，蛋是蛋一点都没有干扰彼此，真的就是米饭和鸡蛋，一点味道也没有。最后天我真的不行了，唯一个支撑我的焗豆子也给下了，我就呆了十分钟，其中在找吃的花了7分钟。 早餐真的让人无语至极！ 其他都还可以。

  小孩第一次来北京玩，看了一下地图这个酒店位置不错，离故宫景山都不远，住了三晚，小盆友很满意。前台会提前打电话问房间有什么特别需求，入住之前就已经给装好了床围，给了一个最高楼层的房间，视野很好能看到CBD。房间储物空间很大有两个衣柜，抽屉也很多，窗边有一个可躺的沙发很舒服，淋浴的热水出水很快温度很好调，这点比很多酒店都好。二楼的粤菜餐厅出品不错，住三天吃了两顿晚餐。前台的Sarah小姐姐很亲切可爱，送了小点心给孩子。

  各部门的服务是很不错的，响应非常及时，离步行街非常近，出门左转是8号线，右转可以去5号线，挺方便的，因为不是节假日，所以王府井并没有很多人，不吵。房间能看到故宫，景山。晚上在行政酒廊喝着小酒看看日落，非常惬意。美中不足的是洗手间的台盆，水龙头设计的不合理，超出台盆，因此枱面上就会有积水。

  酒店乾净，服务热情！离地铁站挺近的，去旅游景点方便！离天安门也很近，从客房的窗户边也能瞧见故宫！前台丁文服务顶好，热情周到，前一天电话通知我，也帮我保留17层的客房！早餐也很丰富，享受下午的简餐也是顶好！下次有机会再去北京的话，我还会选择这家酒店！

  Jw Marriott Bao'an review 1. For a luxury hotel, the overall stay and little details are both very important parts of the full experience. The hotel is great overall and there are many good things about it. However, once you start noticing places where little details fall short in this kind of hotel, the overall experience starts to degrade. 2. Unfortunately, it falls short in the little details area. Particularly in one big aspect, which is the "waterfall spa" where the hotel's swimming pool and recreation facilities are housed. While this area is apparently not directly managed by the hotel, this was where the first obvious cracks were and the overall experience started to show major cracks. 3. First of all, the waterfall spa is clearly falling apart. The swimming pool has tons of rocks and broken parts and it generally isn't well-maintained in an obvious way. 4. The worst part was when I sat in the hot tub of the spa in the men's room, and part of it apparently was broken enough that a piece of glass or the stones broke and stuck into my swimsuit and stabbed my butt. It left a large mark and caused me to bleed. When I approached the waterfall spa staff, they weren't very concerned, instead just thanked me for finding it. If I had been stabbed by glass at another hotel I'm sure it would have been a big deal, but with how much damage there is in the waterfall spa, it would not be surprising if I was not the first case. 5. From this, other parts started sticking out about the experience in unfortunate ways. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all fine, but unfortunately not good enough for a supposed luxury hotel. The dinner buffet was excellent and had many premium aspects and range of flavors, but lacked options outside of meat and seafood (e.g., vegetarian options). The TV in the room flashed a bright light and needed to be unplugged for it to not keep my party awake at night. The toilet seat was too big and the design uncomfortable, making it good neither for adults nor children. My toddler, who can sit in most adult toilet seats, would almost fall in every time she used it. 6. Except for the waterfall spa, most of the details I mentioned are incredibly minor. In fact, if I hadn't had such a poor experience in this one aspect, I doubt I would have even had a single complaint about the other aspects. But as mentioned above, for luxury hotels, it's expected that small details are worked out. If not, it breaks the illusion of grandeur and makes the hotel feel cheap, no matter how much is being paid for it. Luxury hotels need both a positive stay and for the small details to be perfect. While this J.W. Marriott can boast about the positive stay at this property, it's in the small details where it falls apart. My family will likely not return.

  It was a good stay. There is a children's pool with warm water, it was a bit crowded but very good to spend time with kid. Their buffet dinner was one of the best we tried.
