  位置好，几乎离景点都蛮近。我去长安街，前门大街，东交民巷都是骑车去的。环境好，庭院古色古香，订的A座商务大床，房间宽敞明亮，视野开阔，蛮舒服的。服务细节好，不论门僮，行李员，前台接待，都体现了很好的素质。实在要挑点毛病，1602的浴缸塞子有点不灵，放水特别慢。希望以后能有智能马桶。以后去北京，首都宾馆会是首选。

  无论前台，餐厅，礼宾，衞生服务的工作人员的服务都非常好，吃早餐的时候，因女儿身体不舒服，没吃多少就回房间了，把情况告诉餐厅工作人员，一位小姐姐立马用快餐盒装了两个麪包，1个鸡蛋给我，每天早上离开房间出去玩的时候，碰见衞生服务的工作人员，都会非常主动询问，是否有什么需要，因为晚上怕冷，打电话需要加一床棉被，很快工作人员就新弄了一床乾净的被子，22号北京下大雨，礼宾部的王先生也专门给了一把伞给我们，还告诉我们房间里酒店专门为客人备了大伞，早餐品类丰富，味道不错。唯一的不足，就是浴缸的下水有点慢。

  地理位置是很好的，可以看见故宫。但周边没有吃的，不方便。外卖需要自己下楼拿。 衞生嘛，老酒店了，衞生不咋地，马桶很堵，坏了一次。 旅拍是很棒的，摄影师阿勇真的非常好，非常有耐心。拍得也很专业，很出片。如果不是旅拍拍得好加持，是真的没办法给这个酒店五星的。这个酒店里旅拍也是蛮有特色的，几个取景点都不错。纯纯是为了旅拍选择这个酒店。 汉服旅拍体验:五星好评

  酒店给了48层楼，城市景观尽收眼底，1.5米的双床房，宽敞舒适。洗浴的水有点小。沐浴产品都有。亮点是健身房和泳池。推荐去体验一下。室外游泳温度适宜，水深1.2米，游泳戏水都没问题。

  I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive. I forgot to bring USB chargers, and the staff proactively lent me two. All my requests were responded to promptly. The location is unbeatable, just next to Berlin Central Station, making it extremely easy to travel around the city. Definitely recommend.

  This is a must visit if you are in this area. The hotel is right on the beach and has a wonderful pool as well. The setting is lovely overlooking the Atlantic. The courtyard is huge with several sitting areas to relax in both the sun and the shade. There are several dining options throughout the hotel including a 2-star Michelin rated restaurant (Alevante) which is worth a visit, though pricey. As is the case with all Melia hotels, stay in the Red Level rooms as you get several extras that are worth the price, We really enjoyed ourselves. One comment for non-Spanish speakers. We found the level of English among the staff here as well as generally everywhere in this part of Spain to be below that in the cities and elsewhere. It is more difficult to communicate and there are certainly fewer English speaking guests at this hotel (we actually enjoyed this) than you will find elsewhere. Not a bad thing, but worth noting. We would come here again.

  What a fabulous hotel. Wonderful staff and an outstanding beachfront location. This hotel is beautiful in every way, exceptionally clean and immaculately maintained throughout. We had a lovely bedroom with a view over the golf course and very good amenities. The gym was also excellent. The pool area is lovely and just steps away from the amazing 6km beach. Collectively, the staff are among the best we have ever come across. Consistently warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the hotel restaurants were also excellent. The sunbeds were comfortable, although I do think a few of them are beginning to need replacement. Thank you to Palacio de Sancti Petri Gran Meliá for a wonderful holiday.

  Siempre es un placer volver a esta casa. Porque sus trabajadores hacen que te sientas como en casa. No hay nunca un no por respuesta. Hemos venido ya unas 5/6 veces y seguro que no será la última. Sin duda estáis en mi top de hoteles! Como crítica constructiva, antes en MP se podía elegir almuerzo o cena y ahora no, creo que debería de volver esa opción para que el cliente pueda elegir que se adapta mejor q sus necesidades… Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por el fantástico trabajo que hacéis! Agradecer la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Nieves (recepción) y José Rueda (entre vientos).

  Amazing vacation, our second time at Safari island and it definitely won’t be our last. Food is amazing, staff very polite and do everything to make sure you relax, beach bungalows are beautiful and kept very clean. Then you have the sea the sun and a beautiful island. What more could you want ?

  Atmosph?re sehr entspannt, wir hatten einen Beach Bunglaow, der sehr sch?n war und guter Zustand, Klimaanlage füsterleise, absolut Top. Poolbar, da k?nnten die alten wei?en Plastikstühle mal getauscht werden, würde das Ambiente massiv verbessern. Ansonsten sauber und bequeme Liegen. Restaurant, Ambiente nett, Essen sehr gut immer was passendes dabei. Leider sehr hei? unter dem Zeltdach. Unser Kellner war etwas lieblos und wenig freundlich aber professionell. Hier würde etwas mehr Herzlichkeit gut tun. Spa, spitzen Thai Massage ?♂? ?♀?

  Wir waren Anfang Mai 2026 das erste Mal aufSafari Island. Es ist eine kleine ruhige Insel, wobei wir dennoch t?gliche um die 15.000 Schritte zurückgelegt haben. Man findet dort wundersch?ne Str?nde, türkis blaues Wasser, ein sch?nes Hausriff mit vielen Haien und in mitten der Insel viel grüne Vegetation. Das Essen war super und es ist findet jedermann was für seinen Geschmack. Insgesamt eine gepflegte Insel, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Für mein Empfinden sind die Bungalows (wir hatten einen SemiWater) so langsam renovierungsf?higen Alter angekommen. Insbesondere Holzelemente sind nunmehr stark verwittert und Schrauben rosten (verst?ndlicher wei?e). Uns hat es jedoch nicht gest?rt, da wir von vorn herein kein Luxusresort wollten (lieber etwas authentisches). Punktabzug gibt es von mir zum Late - Checkout. Unser Rückflug ging erst sp?t am Abend. Der Transfer mit dem Wasserflugzeug sollte gegen 16.00 Uhr erfolgen. Der regul?re Checkout w?re 12.00 Uhr gewesen, von daher haben wir nach einem Late-Checkout gefragt. Für rund 60€ konnten wir dann bis maximal 14.00 Uhr verl?ngern. Wir h?tten uns natürlich erhofft bis zum Transfer den Bungalow nutzen zu k?nnen. Eine separate Dusche sowie ein Umkleideraum standen ab 14.00 Uhr leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung, obwohl quasi gefühlt 60% aller Bungalows nicht belegt waren. Schade. Ich pers?nlich h?tte mir auch etwas (ganz wenig) Animation gewünscht. Frühs Yoga oder nachmittags Beachvolleyball. Meist ist das jedoch nicht Bestandteil des Konzeptes einer romantischen Atmosph?re. Insgesamt jedoch ein sch?ner Urlaub und toller Aufenthalt dort. Für kleine Kinder vermutlich weniger geeignet und für Erwachsene genau das Richtige, wer eine Ruhige und Entspannte Atmosph?re sucht.

  一进门就立马感受到酒店工作人员的热情，服务无可挑剔，非常好，办理快速有效率，房间景观好。园区活动丰富，游泳健身骑自行车spa一应俱全，环境好，满满的绿色住的心情很棒。餐厅味道不错，早餐选择不算太多，但是水果很喜欢～特别喜欢酒店的酒吧，好喝，服务热情贴心，周五还很幸运碰到了驻唱，很好听，听着音乐喝酒聊天太放松了～
