  酒店的位置比较尴尬，不近地铁口，不近公交，出行如果带着行李的话最合理的方式是打车了。大堂比较小，略显见到，门僮和礼宾比较积极，能快速迎接客人并引领客人到前台。我们预订的是行政楼层，可以在九楼的行政楼层处办理入住。不过行政待遇是在28楼享用的。行政酒廊地方很小，是和旁边的天外天餐厅连在一起的，早餐也可以在天外天使用也可以在二楼使用。行政的餐食包括下午茶和欢乐时光都是选择很少，而且出品也没有很好的质量。晚餐时段的话是提供一款烟三文鱼，一款火腿，还有一款鸡肉丸子，几款芝士。有几款酒水提供，不过因为佐餐的食物过于简单且味道一般，所以也达不到喝酒的氛围，我个人觉得是非常遗憾的一个硬伤。因为本来预订行政楼层就是为了在酒店很放松的休息一下，喝一杯。不过行政酒廊的服务人员倒是非常值得表扬！两位小哥随时在附近保持一定的距离，留意你的需求。经常过来了解你的需要也能快速提供服务。酒廊的桌面很矮，比座椅还矮，所以对于我和先生带着电脑过来以为可以展开工作的人来説很尴尬。这里要特别感谢一下Vivian，她了解了我们的需求后，马上进行协调，在天外天餐厅这边给我们争取到了一张桌子，这下我们就可以工作了。真的非常感谢她能满足客户的需求，让我们舒适地工作了一个下午。总的感觉就是，酒店不大，不够气派，硬件确实是稍微欠缺。但是各个岗位的工作人员都能展示出高度的服务水平，以人为本，以客为尊。这不就是我们作为客人最大的心愿吗？希望酒店方面能改善一下酒廊的餐饮，这样就更上一层楼了！

  We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Hanoi and stayed three nights at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. Our Grand Luxury Room in the Heritage Wing truly lived up to the hotel’s reputation, allowing us to fully feel its rich history, and the bedding was excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour also made our stay even more enjoyable. At the Sunday brunch at Le Beaulieu, I wanted to indulge in oysters, lobster, crab, and foie gras, but there were so many other delicious dishes that it was almost impossible to try everything. I was genuinely happy just eating my way through the buffet. What impressed us most was the service from a staff member named Daphne. From check?in throughout our entire stay, she consistently looked after our family and proactively asked if there was anything we needed. She not only explained the hotel facilities and nearby area in a very kind and detailed way during check?in, but also kept checking in with us during our stay and took care of many small details. Her service went far beyond simply responding to requests; she anticipated what we might need and offered thoughtful suggestions, which made us truly feel the high standard of service that the Metropole aims for. Thanks to Daphne, our impression of the Metropole became even more positive, and we would gladly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hanoi. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to value staff members like Daphne.

  住的歌剧翼，大小还可以。酒店本身有100多年历史，可以免费预约historical tour了解。几个餐厅的早餐、下午茶、酒水都很好，免费的都吃不过来，还送了welcome drink可以选择一个酒吧兑换。房间还可以让服务生准备泡泡浴，很有氛围。酒店的工作人员都非常热情贴心，英语也很。很推荐去度假

  环境及服务确实值得推荐。餐食即美味又有当地特色。还有关于酒店的tour可以预约，参观了战争时的防空洞。 使用了携程预订还延迟退房了，很悠闲的享受了度假时光！以后有机会还会去体验历史翼的^_^ 一个可以再改善的点，就是叫了泡泡浴服务，但是等了半小时以上才来，本想早早休息却不得不等待。

  全球唯6??的索菲特传奇， 酒店地理位置没话説， 出酒店步行2分钟不到就是步行街，步行街到还剑湖、大教堂都很方便。 对面就是政府机构（好像是国宾馆？ ） 所以也相当安全，女生晚上独自一人出去也完全OK 订的是历史翼，年代久远。 看到同层楼甚至有接待过芬兰国家团的房间， 历史文化感铺面而来～ 酒店的房间不大，只有30平， 但酒店的拖鞋、眼罩和耳塞 都超级！超级！无敌舒服！一觉到天明 酒店办理入住的时候， 工作人员会带着你熟悉酒店，介绍酒店的历史 ～ 啊！ 对了，前台甚至提供找钱的服务，点赞！！

  房间很好 用料扎实 人员的服务有点跟不上 电话要小童牙刷要了两次才送来 电话説要小童浴袍管家回覆説没有，我提醒説房间里面有一件，我们需要两件，这才送来 一定要按人数预订不然不给入住或者加钱换房间 我们两大两小最后只能加钱换套房，前台也比较冷漠?? 房间香氛很满意 早餐也满意，连玛芬都不敷衍

  Had a wonderful stay at M?venpick Cebu! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and accommodating, and the food was excellent. The pool and beach area were relaxing and perfect for a quick getaway. Great service and overall experience — highly recommended!

  Room was comfy, clean, and smelled nice when I walked in. Big smart TV, Amenities were all there, nothing missing. There’s a bathtub which you can use to relax while watching tv, and the view from the room was spectacular. Bed was big and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

  性价比非常高，酒店位置在市中心离主要的商场和吃饭的地方走路五6分钟，酒店大堂的服务非常好。唯一的缺点是设施比较老旧 床头没有充电口。

  五一黄金周出游，跟长者家出游，选择了这家老牌酒店。衞生做的不错，虽然设施设备都有点岁数了，但是服务很地道。 去中餐厅用了餐，粤菜做的咱一个申城人觉得不错，比，哈哈，量大从优。比起其他老字号北京菜，酒店菜色不错啦。
