  住完后，不愧是高奢，确实有壁。 1.房间装修很ok，全部翻修后，房间里是全智能控制（但不能语音），所有开关（包括窗帘）都是触摸屏，另外还有平板屏幕用来戳戳戳。略略不太灵敏但可接受程度内。书桌下甚至有打印机，电视两台，客厅、卧室可以同时看。 2.酒店设施也很不错，三楼水疗中心的热能设施还有休息室绝绝子不多説！健身房里有免费的瑜伽教学视频。 3.房间床很好睡！好睡到我几乎可以忍受大大咧咧的服务。 4.保洁阿姨非常好，很客气很礼貌，做事麻利安静。 5.酒店的娱乐活动不少，比如衚衕游、小孩体验课程、瑜伽课。虽大部分要收钱，但我觉得设定得已经是充分利用现有资源搭配出客人的良好体验。 缺点： 1.服务真的跟不上，感觉前台似乎非常钟意给自己打造“不卑不亢”人设，实则业务不专业+态度不礼貌。办理入住时，向客人确认订单讯息、陈述给房安排都是【全程】低头看电脑的，问问题都不抬头看着客人，我从没遇到过…roomtour则只介绍餐厅、健身房等酒店设施，到了房间里之后对房间一句没介绍…还有别想着携程预订酒店会有多优待，完全完全没有（甚至订房送的水疗代金券我都没看到）… 2.礼宾部感觉经验欠缺，客人出来都不问是否需要叫车，就站着… 3.酒店半夜的呼叫中心竟然没人接电话…我第二天反映问题之后，经理态度很好连声抱歉説彻查，然后未见任何补偿安抚。唉感觉全员都咋咋呼呼的。爽朗但冷漠。 4.开夜床的床前地垫是块薄布，我不喜欢…喜欢澳门文华那种软软毛茸茸的地垫，起床光脚踩下去超舒服。 注意事项： 1.外卖不给拿上楼，会让外卖员放在进门礼宾的行李车上。如果你去找，礼宾员还会热情招呼，问你房间号帮你找。 2.携程预订不可以享用半岛时间哦。

  非常好，虽然説房间有点年代但保养都很不错，尤其全屋灯光空调等电子智能很好用，特别欣赏房间的遥控器便捷使用。14楼的云景廊感受非常好，在露台看日落都忘了有约Spa按摩，Spa水疗也不错，非常美好的入住体验；

  必须给酒店打满分，这是我目前住过的奢华酒店最为满意的酒店。首先表杨前台苏杰，服务非常热情，具有很好的亲和力，给我升级了房型，十分满意。入住手续很快办妥，并送我到房间，耐心讲解房内智能化设备使用方法，这样的服务作为前台工作人员我还很少碰到，当是春风拂面，倍感温暖。楼层服务员王亚丽开夜床认真敬业，所有动过的物品全部按照入住标准收纳整理整齐，知道我喝茶又补充足量的水，走路轻来轻去，説话和风细雨。酒店位置得天独厚，周边以王府井大街为首的商业圈，购物，餐饮，休闲以及体验老北京的生活都是方便至极，交通四通八达，便捷通畅。房间可以用简约不简单来形容，整体风格奢华内敛，以白，黑和灰为主色调，墙面大白为主基调，门套，门等带有装饰的部分全部是黑明漆，地毯全部为浅灰间以深色网格图案来装饰，浑然一体，装修精致，做工考究，让人一进客房立刻让心可以静下来，色彩把控可谓用心。智能面板是我住过的高端酒店最好用的，表现在面板位置合适，色彩淡雅悦目，尤其是操作真正的触摸屏，手感丝滑，简单明了，从一个细节就可以看出酒店管理确实体现了以人为本的理念。早餐时光也是很好的体验，菜品新鲜，中西合璧，健康养生。男女服务员工服务到位，热情相待，穿插期间，可以説服务无盲区。酒店衞生乾净整洁舒适衞生，我是一个非常注重细节的人，从房间到楼道，楼梯间还有大堂没有发现任何死角，作为一个单体超大的酒店来説实属不易。建议:一是大堂很大，前台所在位置不容易找到，所以，在大门明显处要有明显温馨提示；二是早餐菜品摆放有点分散，不尽合理，客人往往会忽视某一个用餐摊位，这样会给酒店整体评价失分。点评不当之处，请批评！谢谢。

  设施：设施完善，两个房间两个衞生间，和爸妈出游带着孩子一起非常方便。 衞生：衞生打扫的很好，呆了三个晚上睡得挺舒服。 环境：外面的风景很棒，虽然五一雨比较多，但也看到了不错的风景。离双廊古镇比较近，去了两次，还在古镇带娃体验了扎染。离民宿不远有个沙滩石子的地方（搜寻小树林烧烤），小孩玩了很久，景色很好。但是住这里推荐还是租车，要不然去海西会太远了，我们海西的行程安排了一天，去了多肉云朵花园和喜洲古镇，过去需要一个多小时，走高速过去也还行，没有遇到网上説到的大堵车 服务：服务很好，提前联系到店时间，最后一天走的早还给我们准备了麪包。落下的东西也帮忙邮寄回来，很贴心。民宿做的肉臊子米线很香

  在银川的第一二两天住在喜来登，整体都还不错，从中衞回银川后的最后一晚，想着离高铁站近点就选择了万怡，没想到体验真的很不好。 入住当天，进入房间就是一股浓郁的烟味，要求换房后，房间烟味没有了，但是拿出一次性拖鞋准备穿的时候，居然是穿过的（这里忘记拍照了），准备去上厕所，发现马桶圈是脏的，当时行李都已经打开了，就不想换房了，致电前台説是会安排人员处理，等了15分钟左右来了个老阿姨，看了眼很无所谓的説拖鞋就是没有绑绳袋，但那明显是穿过的，我也不想多扯什么，老阿姨又看了眼马桶，问我哪里有脏的，我指出后，还看了一遍又一遍，后来就用喷雾喷了喷擦了擦就结束了。 晚上吃完晚饭回酒店想用冰箱放饮料，发现冰箱根本关不上。又致电前台安排人来修，来了维修人员后来説是皮圈松了，弄完以后跟我説橱柜门不要关，不然不能散热！这也太离谱了。 好不容易都这样完休息了，都快入眠了，前台突然打电话来，打来的事情是问冰箱是不是修好了。请问你们内部是不够用的吗？维修人员都走了半个多小时了又打电话来问，合适吗。 离店的时候送了四瓶枸杞原浆和一个小娃娃，讲真，表示歉意，但整体体验感很不好。

Originally, I stayed in other hotels, the room without windows was depressing, the air was hot and not permeable, and I slept very poorly all night, and I was tired and irritable the next day. I immediately decided to change the hotel when I couldn't adapt to it. After comparing it on Ctrip, I decided to choose this hotel. I was looking forward to having a comfortable and pleasant stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I booked an elegant twin room, but since I prefer a king-size bed, I asked the front desk staff for a room change. I originally just casually communicated my request, but I didn't expect the hotel staff to be so gentle and patient throughout the process, with no sign of impatience at all. When I learned that I wanted to see the property in person to choose, the staff immediately put down their work and accompanied me to view several large bed rooms, carefully explaining the layout, lighting and living advantages of each room, allowing me to compare and choose slowly, without any hurry or perfunctoriness. After comparing and contrasting, I finally decided on room 9005, but unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned yet, so I couldn't move in immediately. I thought I would have to drag my luggage and wait boringly, but I didn't expect the hotel's thoughtful arrangement, which directly swept away the irritation of my journey. After I made it clear that I was willing to wait, the front desk took the initiative to help me store all my luggage for free, and kindly reminded me that I could go out and have fun without being burdened by my luggage, freeing my hands and relaxing my mind and body. What touched me most was that the staff took care of me all the time. After the room was cleaned, they informed me on WeChat at the first time and helped me to send the luggage directly to the room, so I didn't have to go back to the front desk. From accompanying to view houses, patiently waiting, luggage storage, to real-time progress synchronization, luggage delivery to the door, every link is thought to be extremely thoughtful, the whole process is gentle and meticulous, the service is in place, and there is no omission.
