酒店卫生很差，毛巾都不干净，关键前台服务很一般，有点爱搭不理。吃早餐也很不方便。很不舒服的一次体验。下次不会再住了。

飞机晚点近3小时才到延吉，本来就不顺心，出机场又赶上下下雨，等好容易赶到长虹大厦，一看前台小王在打电话的脸色就没滋声，等她电话好不容易打完了才和她说订房，一看本来订两间的，她说只有一间，我说携程短信都告诉我是两间，她说不管，说没传真件，态度极其冷漠不友善，都当今这个年代了还有把这样的人放前台，这不提高公司倒闭的速度吗？本来想实在不行再订一间，后来都气的没这想法了，要说这十多年住店经历，此家最差，终身不再入住该长虹大傻。
