和家人一起去的。床很硬 窗外比较吵。打电话给客服要风筒被告知全都派送下去了。早饭样式。单一 咖啡不像咖啡。茶不像茶。但是服务态度真的是挺好的。

前台服务态度太差，还有这个是提前预付的房间，携程不是说24小时保留么，晚上到酒店，告知我们没有房间啦，折腾半天好不容易给我们找啦两间，差点以为要露宿街头，希望这类事情能提前沟通，保证消费者权益

要吹风机一个小时了都没送来，最后都退房了也没人来。冷的要死，看会手机都冻手，找服务人员问空调，说只有冷风没有热风，只能加一双被子，服务人员送被子来说怕冷下次出门随身带个电褥子，无语😓我当时就呵呵了，真没听说谁出门住宾馆自己带电褥子的，而且随随便便就可以让客人用电褥子的宾馆我也还真头一次听说，出门在外真不想惹气，懒得理了，住一宿果断走人。
