我是个经常出差的人 下了火车那种疲惫感 出差的人都知道 当天晚上快十二点我下火车打车来到河南饭店 很疲惫 情绪很烦躁 但是前台的三个小姑娘 特别热情的为我办理了入住手续 心情好了很多 但是没想到的是 前台姑娘主动要求帮我拉行李 送我去房间 那一刻我有了回家的亲切感 心里特别暖 那些旅途的疲惫和烦躁都消失了 剩下的是满心的感谢 谢谢河南饭店给我一个出差人带来的别样的感受 也谢谢前台三个小姑娘热情的服务

孩子高考预订的房间。服务非常好，能达到五星标准。我们预订的是4号楼的简标，因为4号楼后面是一个迪厅，入住时服务员建议调换成了3号楼。3号楼应该是豪华标间，除了房间比五星级酒店小，感觉设施配备和五星差不多，而且应该是刚重新装修没多长时间，配套设施很新。洗澡、停车都很方便，而且很安静。实际上我们预订的4号楼也很安静，晚上没有听到音乐吵闹声，但是4号楼内的的设施比3号楼差很多。出门有地铁，位置靠中间，出行很方便。总体来说入住郑州饭店是商旅出差不错的选择。酒店还送了高考祝福，很贴心。

1号高考房很安静的，服务很好。特别是4号楼的领班和服务员特别好，特别热心。还为我们提供了私人的电动车接送孩子，太给力了！十分感谢！??
