  在河南饭店住了半个多月，这里环境优美，如花园一般，服务员热情周到，尤其是新丽，待我们如家人，还专门安排我学习用毛巾做冰墩墩，大赞。还有一家三代在河南饭店的李波，绝对的主人翁。下次希望有机会听他讲讲河南饭店的前世今生。 下次有机会再回来。

  园林式的庭院，干净卫生的环境，还有十分不错的房间。续住河南饭店，享受到各种温馨周到的服务。前台的安排细致入微，客房的服务周到体贴。感谢前台的你们，感谢客房工作人员张新丽们，你们细节让大家感受到宾至如归。

  常出差，住宾馆最重要的是床和枕头，河南饭店的床和枕头真的一级棒！更重要的是服务，销售，前台，没得说，服务人员客气还体贴：给老客户赠课下午茶和茶点，还有各种问候，还有舒心和惊喜的问候卡片。1952年的老饭店，却有着前瞻的服务意识和一流的硬件设施，河南饭店值得推荐。感谢销售的电话回访和安排，前台的舒心问服务，还有客房工作人员的真诚服务。

  酒店位置好，交通方便，门口公交、地铁都有，院内有停车场。酒店性价比高，早餐还不错，餐厅挺大气。客房大小适中，整洁、舒适。前台服务热情、周到，效率高。来郑州不错的选择。

  经典三星酒店，花园式酒店，地段好，交通便捷，设施略有点老，但服务好。 优点：1.提前电话确认到店时间，我们订单价格包含水果和早餐，客房服务员和很细致，早早摆放好水果。知道我们累了一天到店较晚，客房服务员早早开好了空调。第二天整理好房间。 2.早餐自助餐很好吃。
