管家会提前一天联系，全程负责，可从市区接送，司机大哥主动帮忙装行李以及行李入室，环境没得説，建议住两晚，真的都不想换地方了，淡季早餐不是自助但是能吃饱，去武陵源景区可以东门每天接送各一次，园区有两只狗子N只猫咪，大土狗喜欢和人互动。室内硬软件都非常棒，沐浴系列味道没有重复非常好闻，洗完头发不掉。

这是我住过最好的一名宿店. 名宿去年才开始营业，很新！名宿跟房间布置的都很漂亮，房间很乾净！
入住前还设立了微信羣 一对一的服务，从火车站的接送 到每日的武陵园区接送，都安排的妥妥当当. 名宿也提供洗衣服务 还帮忙烘乾叠好放回房里，太贴心了！
早餐也别有用心的安排了中，西式的餐点让客人选择! 特别谢谢小蒋的服务，让我们在张家界的旅游无忧无虑！有什么疑问他都会帮我们解答！很棒！ 一定会在回来！ 谢谢你们提供这么好的服务 ????

Una experiencia inolvidable en Zhangjiajie
Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a Zhangjiajie y fue, sin duda, una parte fundamental para que el viaje fuera perfecto. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue excepcional. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, y nos ayudaron a organizar nuestras excursiones por la zona, incluyendo la visita al Parque Nacional. Incluso ofrecían servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, lo cual hizo nuestra llegada mucho más cómoda.
La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy cómoda, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando los impresionantes paisajes de la región. La comida del hotel también fue una grata sorpresa: platos deliciosos y bien presentados, con opciones tanto locales como internacionales.
Y por supuesto, las vistas… simplemente únicas. Poder despertarse y ver las monta?as de Zhangjiajie desde la ventana es una experiencia difícil de describir con palabras.
Recomiendo totalmente este hotel a cualquier viajero que quiera disfrutar de Zhangjiajie con comodidad, buen trato y unas vistas que no se olvidan.

设施：完美，现代感和古朴结合，虽然才开业不到一年，但可以看出来用的都是好材料，家俱大多都是实木的。
衞生：乾净整洁，阿姨很勤快！
环境：看图片吧，懂的人才能体会此中绝美，心之所向！那份宁静，那份纯朴，绝无仅有！
服务：管家式服务团队，无微不至，有一种回家的感觉，晚上一起聊天，那份质朴，让你有了久违的安全感！

Between the beauty of the natural spaces of this hotel, the perfect amenities, fantastic restaurant and IMPECCABLE service from all staff members this hotel is a no brainer for anyone wanting a relaxing spot with incredible views right from your room that rival any view from within Zhangjiajie Park.
Truly, the service provided at this hotel included personalized aid when creating itineraries and excursion recommendations, free driver service to and from airport, train station, park and anywhere else, prompt and easy communication with fantastic and friendly hosts and much more.
I know this review seems too good to be real, but I promise, this was my experience with my fiancé in the hotel for three nights. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Our stay here was perfect, what an amazing place! The staff are exceptional, and really care about guest experience. They provide transport to and from the east gate of the national park, and will help you plan your day. The service was perfect even down to the small details, like putting mosquito repellent out on the table we liked to play cards at, and providing us with a printed photo of our favourite memory there to take away with us.
The room was great, the views were breathtaking. After a long day at the park, we really appreciated having a small swimming pool there for a dip. Food options were good - we enjoyed our dinners and the breakfast buffet. Orders can be placed in advance on WeChat when you are on your way back from a day at the park. There was a decent range of both soft and alcoholic drinks available.
What we loved the most is that they have struck the perfect balance between luxury and a kind of homely comfort. We felt so relaxed here. An added bonus for us was their friendly dogs and cat, as we were starting to miss our own dogs at home by this point of our trip.
The location was fantastic. It is close to the national park, but the views are so good that if you choose to relax at the hotel you won’t miss anything. If our room wasn’t booked for the following days, we would have extended our stay. One of our favourite places we have ever stayed, not just in China. Thank you to everyone at Celestial Vally for an excellent stay!

超级棒的民宿，推荐！
环境：在张家界森林公园对面的一座山顶。周边景色绝美，可看日出。
中式风格的装修，有些是纯木屋，环保无污染，屋内设施齐全，干净整洁。管家式服务，非常贴心。民宿养了许多小猫小狗，特别亲人，宠物友好。民宿的餐食都是自种蔬果，散养的土鸡，绿色健康。
服务：有接送服务，还有张家界旅游定制。

酒店环境超好，在山头上，房间内和公共区域都特别出片，咖啡馆小美女也很可爱，上下山出行都有管家会帮忙接送。
特别要夸奖管家小贾，人又帅又有耐心，可以协助解答一切出行问题，活泼可爱，下次有机会还会选择这家民宿。
