我第一次在三位数的民宿体验管家拉羣式服务。
离东门大概4km，在百丈峡下面，很安静，真正的山里，而且店里驱虫做的很好，房间，工区都看不到蚊虫，
管家会在羣里提醒，早餐，晚餐，是否要提前安排车来接。
来张家界旅游住在这里真的是很不错的选择，不去森林公园a，仅仅是度假也很不错。
这里很安静，抬头见山，整个民宿都做了设计，店内处处是景，喝茶很惬意，店里有小猴子，锦鲤，小狗，看到很多小朋友玩的很开心，还有踩上去会亮灯的钢琴键盘楼梯
店里做的菜好吃!十分好吃!比我在东门吃的好吃很多很多，吃了一顿以后再也没有出去吃过。管家会提前问我们，根据我们的行程安排，回来就能吃上刚出锅的菜，也太幸福了，
点名表扬婷婷，胡，宋三位管家，响应超快，
还可以帮订门票和直升机，有优惠。
唯三的缺点，不封闭，最边上的房间wifi没信号，偶尔能听到隔壁洗漱的水声

The hotel arranged for Mr. Ma to pick my wife and I up by private car because we arrived on a late flight from the airport at 9pm. All the local restaurants were closed so Mr. Ma arranged for the hotel kitchen to make us a hot meal even after the kitchen was closed for the night and we had not notified them ahead of time. His support on our arrival made us feel like we were part of his family. We had not yet purchased admission tickets for the National Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, or Avatar Mountains and A Sheng took care of bundling our tickets. He also kept in touch in the mornings to make sure we don't leave too late to enjoy the local attractions. Both Mr. Ma and Ting Ting gave us great recommendations for local restaurants that were on China's must eat list for 2024. Miss Ting Ting also offers a tea ceremony with 24 hour advance notice. The top floor of the guest house is the kitchen where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served for additional charge but the food and convenience were very well worth the price. Miss Ting Ting also makes fresh omelettes on demand during the breakfast service. Mr Hu was able to provide park maps and special tips for how to best optimize the time for all the attractions we wanted to see for the three night stay we had booked with the hotel. The mountain view and hospitality were both superb. We would definitely return because we did not have enough time to book tickets for Tianmen Mountain which was on our must do list. The room was romantic and cozy. Everything was clean and the ambiance of the grounds is amazing. Thank you so much to the staff. The stay was memorable.

Wij hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad! Wat een uitzicht! Prachtig hotel, super sfeervol. De service is echt 10/10 en het eten in het restaurant is lekker. Mr. Hu heeft ons geholpen met het kopen van de tickets voor het park. De prijzen zijn uitstekend en de service daarbij is ook heel goed. Mr. Hu en anderen, bedankt!

Struttura stupenda, stanza ampia, bella e con sauna privata!! Colazione buona, ristorante per la cena ottimo, con qualche opzione di piatti internazionali. Posizione fuori da Wulingyuan, ma c’è un servizio privato gratuito di transfert di andata e ritorno ogni giorno per andare ai vari gate del parco. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Super super consigliato!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything upon pickup at the train station, to a beautiful breakfast buffet, to a serene and picturesque property. The staff were all amazing and were always quick to respond and help with anything we needed. I’m usually one to skip hotel breakfasts but this one was really good with a good variety of items. They helped us book all of our tickets and drove us to the nearby sites. They recommended a DiDi for the further away Tianmen mountain and Glass bridge which was easy for us. Hotel was perfectly located in the midst of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Очень атмосферный отель, на территории есть животные, хороший ресторан. Правда, если возьмете номер на 1 этаже, то вид из окна будет на стену. А так отель понравился, много мест для чайной церемонии. Единение с природой обеспечено

A wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff for their warmth, hospitality, and assistance in organizing our trip!
1. We were met at the airport and taken to the train station on a free comfortable transfer.
2. There is a free transfer to the National Park there and back.
3. Delicious breakfast: steamed buns, jiaozi, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables - and all this with a stunning view of the mountains!
4. The territory of a hotel is much larger than it looks on the photo, very well-groomed and interesting. I recommend to plan 1 day to just relax at the hotel!
5. The hotel has a small cute pool with a view of the mountains.
6. The hotel staff confidently speaks English and helped us with literally every little thing! They bought tickets, planned every day of our stay, helped with routes and gave their recommendations. They answered in the chat literally instantly on any question! They were worried and wrote to us if we stayed somewhere late.
7. Free tea tasting of local tea in English was very interesting! You can buy local tea and pottery in the store.
8. During our stay, we counted 3 dogs, 7 cats, 3 kittens and 2 puppies that live on the territory of the hotel. All animals are very friendly and gave this place an incredibly warm and homely atmosphere.
9. Laundry is free, we used it several times, everything is great!
10. You can order dinner at any time. All the food is delicious, home-cooked and made with love!
11. The room was wonderful and very spacious with a large bed, great pillows and very soft linens.
12. We left the hotel very early, so the staff brought us breakfast to go. It was very nice!

环境：简直是狠狠的超出我的预想期，一进入就全是新中式，酒店内设计都非常的有中国文化～酒店坐落在森林公园中，简直让我觉得我前一天还去爬森林公园10公里的赶路人简直是冤枉路还不如在酒店舒舒服服的坐在某一处角落安静的喝杯茶看看山，感受自然的氧吧，酒店内的每一处建筑都能看到森林公园的景色，酒店内有丰富的早餐，想吃午餐，晚餐，也可以提前点菜（这是要自费的）但是厨师做出来的家常菜特别好吃～主要是在餐厅也能一边吃饭，一边看景，简直那一刻都被治癒了。酒店前台小哥，特别有文化，精通汉语，还会作词，想看日落酒店的人也会送上山，也帮拿行李包包，是懒人旅游的舒适度加满～在房间内也能看到绝美落日～是夏天来了冬天还想来看一次美丽的雪景。（二刷，哈哈）
设施：非常齐全，在酒店内都不需要出去，所有项目都够玩一天了。还有桑拿房，累了可以蒸桑拿～
衞生：乾净衞生
接站或送站服务单程一次:司机非常有耐心，因为我们玩了别的项目，司机小哥哥等了2小时也没有怨言～怪不好意思的哈。
