Everything was perfect ! Traveling alone as a young lady isn’t always easy but they made me comfortable and safe, I really enjoyed my stay here.
We will surely see each other again, a big thanks to Mr Hu Qing always available and helpful on every points and to the nice lady that sold me tea and made sure that I felt comfortable.
I recommend this place for a stay in Zhangjiajie no matter the circumstances ! ??

We stayed for 2 nights in January and enjoyed the hotel a lot. It is not very close to the gate of the national park, bit the view and the air are amazing and Mr. Hu arranged a car to go to the park and back, and it was not expensive to get to most town attractions. The hotel also kindly picked us from the airport and delivered to the train station afterwards.
We enjoyed the rooms which were super comfortable, we also enjoyed free evening tea ceremony a lot.
Would love to come back!

The place was absolutely stunning and the proximity to entrance to the national park made it even better!
We loved all the services, including picking us up from the station and bringing us to the entrance of the parks. We had a lovely tea ceremony and in general we felt very welcomed and considered. Highly highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised that the room looked exactly like it did in the pictures! It was priceless waking up to these views in the morning. The hotel itself is surrounded by the mountains and there are views from the dining room as well. There is also a tea room where the staff will introduce and brew tea with you for free, and a massage service (outside of the hotel) that they can book for guests.
The staff helped to arrange free transport to and from Wulingyuan Entrance, on the days that we wanted to explore the forest. They also helped to book our park tickets, and explained in detai the recommended sightseeing routes. They were extremely responsive and helpful!
Breakfast was lovely - there was a selection of breads and pastries, fruits, traditional chinese dumplings, porridge, eggs, and more. The perfect fuel for exploring the forest nearby. Dinner was homestyle cooking, however do note that food may take slightly longer to come during the low season, as there are fewer kitchen staff during that period.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at Foggy Valley. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind after exploring Zhang Jia Jie Forest Park, I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel exceeded our expectations…The service was amazing: complimentary shuttle there and from the airport, food service was available whenever we were hungry, complimentary fruit when asked for. The location was beautiful on the mountain with an outstanding view from our room. The breakfast had great variety of simple Chinese foods and fruits - freshly made. A shoutout to Hu for being an incredible host… thank you for this wonderful experience.

I really liked the hotel. The hotel arranged a transfer from the train station to the hotel and back, and it also took us to the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. The receptionist spoke English and assisted us in purchasing tickets for the Avatar Mountains, the Grand Canyon, and the cave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also had a free tea ceremony with four different teas from China. After the ceremony, we were able to purchase the tea we liked. The breakfasts were good, and even a Russian person could find something to eat. The hotel grounds are a separate aesthetic pleasure, especially in the evening when the steam is turned on. There is also a very beautiful view of the mountains from the room window.

Amazing stay! The staff made it extremely astonishing as they helped with Zhangjiajie National park tour, suggeste d local places to visit and always were there to help!
