算是比较信任智选假日这个品牌的，但这次入住有点失望，我是中午到的没能拿得了房，直到晚上玩好了才入住的，但一进房间就是一股味道，房间的布草都是破的，床上用品摸着也不舒服，床墙面上也都没打扫乾净，入住的是三人间的亲子房，但是早餐、杯具什么的却只提供两份，让前台送个东西也要催了之后才送过来，送给孩子的玩具一股臭脚丫子味。但是有一説一，早餐还是比较不错的

酒店整体满意，中规中矩，服务也热情，办理入住时看到小朋友的尺码已经超出亲子房配的鞋码尺寸，也及时给了一双大尺码拖鞋。亲子房还给小朋友赠送了一只小玩偶。
唯一美中不足的就是刚刚入住的房间护发素就是空瓶，洗澡途中才发现，虽然打前台电话也送上来了，也不可能再洗一遍。算是整理房间时的失误吧，至少这种常用物品应该在打扫时及时检查补给。

带着长者和孩子一起入住的，共住了三间，节假日期间去住的，洲际旗下的酒店一如既往的不错，无论是价格还是房间环境，简直性价比。
下次还会来宜兴，玩得非常开心，入住也很好。

周边绿色森林环境挺好的，特别乾净，早饭也非常丰盛。
服务：非常不错，机器人送餐也很方便。

房间乾净整洁，服务热情，洗衣房设备乾净，使用方便，淋浴都是汉斯格雅的，虽是基础款，但相对也优于同价位酒店配置，屋内面积挺大，住的舒服。
