  非常满意的一次旅行。 房间乾净衞生，接待人员热情专业，有接驳车从免费停车场接到酒店，还帮忙把行李拿到房间。 今后来宜兴就住这里了。

  2026年第一个出游目的地选择宜兴，看了好多酒店，最终选定龙隐别院，下单不多久，酒店管家就主动联系了我，给了酒店的定位，到达入住流程，酒店在景区里，风景就不用多説了，车停专属停车场，有接驳车，很方便，酒店工作人员都很热情主动，临时增加了一人，管家主动给增添了洗漱用品和早餐，对提出的要求也及时落实??房间很乾净，晚餐酒店餐厅，淡季没人，但是服务态度不淡，菜品味道不错，临走时小姐姐还热心提醒天冷穿好外套再走，心里暖暖的，换个季节，再来感受不一样的美景

  有专属的服务经理，不管是硬件软件都非常棒，周边环境也很优雅，还给免费升级了房间，离周边几个景点十几分钟都能到。非常的满意！！！值得推荐

  管家提前加了微信告知一些注意事项，房间也给我们升级了，酒店位置在园区内，停车场会有专车来接，房间包括浴室挺乾净的，早餐品种不多但是味道还可以，前台小姐姐也很热情，这里很适合休闲度假！
