来银川出差住了三次了，性价比之王。和万豪共享早餐厅。真心夸赞酒店前台服务，堪称行业标杆！前台工作人员lily办理入住快速有序，还主动提醒周边出行和酒店设施，特别暖心。遇到小疑问也耐心细致地帮忙解决，全程没有一丝敷衍，专业又有温度。住得舒心又安心、五星好评！

对于想认真游玩宁夏博物馆的人来説，这家酒店绝对是性价比最高的驻足点之一。
不过要额外提醒一下其他住客：酒店房间的热空调温度是统一设定好的，无法调整。如还觉得房间冷，可以向酒店申请电热油汀。

Hotel is right next to JW Marriott I saw the location wrongly else would definitely not book here. Bell boy was playing with phone no bothering to help with luggage. I accidentally drop my earbud and it got ****** by the robot vacuum he did help but only after I insisted. During check in the reception did not greet me when I said hello and didn’t even bother acknowledging me. At this phone I was ready to leave and stay next door. Thankfully a supervisor did a good job at recovery and took over the check in process. Once in the room I wanna to change to a different room the hotel helped me move my luggage while I was out. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

酒店不错，房间温度适宜，格局合理，周边吃饭方便。酒店工作人员西西专业耐心，热情活力，还暖心给送了加湿器。酒店大堂很敞亮，乾净。酒店还有健身房，有时间可以去跑跑步。

设施：非常便利，可以説是应有尽有，怀远夜市回来太撑了还去健身房耍了一下
衞生：很乾净，很符合星级标准
环境：我们是自驾，交通很便利，离哪里都不是很远，出门就是宁夏博物馆，楼下也有些吃的和喝的的店，很好
服务：服务特别棒！在我入住前就询问住房有没有什么需求，办理入住时健身房讯息，停车讯息都完整告知，Candy小姐姐人非常nice，天气太乾还为我们提供加湿器，非常周到的服务
总结，非常值得的一晚，这次出行时间比较紧，有点特种兵，在这住的一晚朋友和我都觉得休息的很好，很便利，性价比拉满

原本是订的另外一个同等价位酒店，等过去后发现实在不行，立马退房了，经朋友推荐，来到万怡，前台kiki小姐姐非常热情接待，并按我的要求帮我选好了房间，房间很舒服，视野辽阔，一早醒来可以看到贺兰山，酒店环境整洁乾净，装修很新，早餐品种丰富，就餐环境超级好，环境没得説，会推荐给来兰州旅游的朋友家人和同事，很好，强烈推荐
